Now this is the Vice President Kamala Harris that I've been looking for since the Democratic Party 2020 Presidential primaries! Passionate, Principled, and Powerful!!!! She wasn't running away from who she really is, what she really believes in, or what she stands for!!! She went back to the basics!!! She went back to her roots! A tough prosecutor and progressive public official! She was preaching that night!!! I always thought that the President made the mistake of taking her out of her comfort zone and out of her element by assigning her to tasks like the southern border security & foreign policy. This is where she belongs and is the strongest! She should have been assigned to handle domestic policies such as gun safety regulations, voters' rights, criminal justice/policing reforms, women's reproductive rights, U.S. Senate issues, etc.

There was real passion, fire and heart in this speech. This was also her moment and she met it. I think the young people will find this moment in time inspiring and they will organized and act. Great speech but I wish they would use these same talking points to address the military-grade technologies being used to rape people, including children. Just talk about the underlying issue to all of this - the lack of trust in democracy, lack of national security, the war in Ukraine. I'm sick of getting raped everyday, of having my brain dehydrated, suffocating most of the day, not being able to get an entry-level job with a bachelor's degree, homeless, not being able to talk to any of my friends unless I say I'll be a woman? Or that I'm crazy? While politicians get as close to the issue as they can without actually talking about it. It is possible to talk about it. It really is.
