Hunt and Osborne could not even support sanctions and diplomatic protest and restraint on China over its expansionist militancy in the Sth China Sea.

But we weren’t dependent on Ukraine and Russia. At least no where near as dependent as most other European countries. Meanwhile our inflation is worse than all other Western European countries besides the Netherlands, our economy is suffering more than other comparable countries. Our government is in utter chaos and is ruining our country beyond repair.

I was in London once when there was Tube strike. It really sucked

For all there bluster and pointless questions. The rest of the country is working to keep the economy from completely stopping. None of them deserve to be in government. As for the Ukraine question that was a total low blow the UK as a whole has and will support them with everything we can! No doubt the replies to this comment will make out I have no idea what I’m saying or I should be slating Truss. We need stability yes she’s massively messed up but give the new announcements time to work into the economy and see what the results are in the coming months. Time people stop living in the past and let’s get the country out of the mess it’s in by all pulling together.

Why does our system churn out these self confident Zeroes? I encounter brilliant, insightful, productive Britons daily and yet we have a dearth of talent in government (and perphaps in opposition too). Let's stop being hypnotised by this circus and seriously think on how to create wholesale change in terms of talent capture for government roles. PPE from Oxford just wont cut it anymore. Superficial credentialisation wont cut it anymore. This is embarassing, destructive, confidence sapping.
