A Ukrainian blogger said the situation is stable in Kiev. There is a lot of fake media coverage. Still it’s scary, nobody wants this. Obviously fears add to panic and people are leaving in troves.

It's like one of those superhero movies but in this case, there aren't any good guys coming to save the innocent people from the bad guys.

Watched over the news here from Kenya. Am really heartbroken. The comments from people full of sympathy and empathy. God will fight for you people in Ukraine. Humanity is above Geopolitics and power politics I m sure if Gandhi , Ambedkar ,Nehru ,Bose , Bhagadh Singh was there now , they will also say the same. India and Indians know the pain of war , we know the pain of our ancestoral souls when British colonised and occupied our area. It took 200 yrs for us Indians to come out from the colonial regime. We fought ad we won. The help which Russia give , The number of Vetos it has used for India in Kashmir issue, is not above of a human life. India always wanted world peace and always highlighted the need for healthy talks instead of war. What is the use of all education and experiences and what is the use of saying we born in the land of Great Gandhi , Warrior Bhagat Singh , peaceful Mother Teresa when at the end we can't support for mankind and justice. No amount of provokation from NATO , No amount of Russian sovereignty is a justification infront of human life. Govt. Has to think about India and Indians and thats priority but each Indians heart and will is with Ukraine in this tough times. Keep fighting against this injustice. Finally success will be urs ,with the eacha nd every common man of Ukraine.

You assume correctly. Russia used to HATE China and vice versa, but the West has driven them together.

A friend of mine has friends over in Ukraine and has been talking to them online; most of them are in shock and are very afraid and do not where to go. He also talks to some friends in Russia; and the Russian citizens do not support their leaders and are sadden by the deaths and attacks on Ukraine. Some of the Russia people he talks to are afraid that their leaders will attack a Nato country and cause the US and Nato alliance to attack Russia and a nuclear war will breakout. May God help us all. I think we should all take a moment and pray. Dear Heavenly father we pray that you intercede and stop Russian from any further movement; and end this war. I pray for all the fallen people that you forgive them for their sins and allow them into your Heavenly kingdom. I also pray for peace on Earth. In mighty Jesus name I pray Amen

This is breaking my heart… my moms side of the family is Ukrainian and I still have family that live in Kyiv that I’ve never met before… maybe this will bring them to Canada and I’ll be able to meet my great aunts and uncles…
