Indigo-healer kelvinSolomon My brother that's why we are backward as a country and continent. We only value what is not necessary over the necessity. He can never be more english than the British because he's not communicating rather speaking to himself. English grammar or speaking does not develop a country or continent so his grammar is quite irrelevant.

Victor Kreitton the grammer might be right, but he's absolutely not communicating, what about the uneducated rural dwellers? Made no mistakes he's a Senator, and a representative of a constituency, how will he communicate with uneducated rural dwellers? it will be better to speak in Edo language than this redundant grammar.we don't need this, we needs a clear Leader that we will understand their words, in a country Like nigeria wherby 65% were illiterate, and 35% were priviledge to be educated,we need and must carried along the 65% with.because during the election, the rural dwellers were confuse beyond reasonable doubt in other language they understand, which their Native language, why big grammer now? blowing or speaking a Foreign language never makes you to be educated but your way of communicating and Character.foreign language is killing African, any country that ever study and learn with Foreign language always Lack behind, and that's the Major African problems... Like fela anikulapo kuti Baba 70 (Rip) use to say,,,, them go big, big,, English for News paper dabaru we Africans... next election will he speak this grammar to the old women that vote him in? of course in Edo language. he's educated and good orator , but simple and correct English, if at all native language because we are not British.speak the language we can understand.

The very essence of a good communication is create understanding. I subscribe to the use of simple and correct sentences so that listeners would understand your message. When your message is understood, it easily resonate in them. In my opinion therefore, his use of words is nothing but grammatical deceiption

Whose fault is it? Instead of crucifying, why not note those words you don't understand and update your vocabulary, dictionaries are easily accessible these days. The words in the dictionary are for human beings like you, him and I to use.
