Why can't Biden nominate 4 or 6 more justices to the Supreme Court? According to yesterday's opinion the Court said that a presidents "core constitutional powers" have absolute immunity. So what's stopping Biden from making a few SCOTUS nominations? All he needs is the Senate for confirmation, so whats the hold up?

Fate deals some horrendous blows. You have to ask why only the better Presidents who did good for the country and religiously followed the rule of law, had Wilkes-Booth and Harvey-Oswald remove them, yet someone who is just the worst, and a known criminal, can now get away with anything evil should they choose to. This decision is plain evil and the judges should be ashamed of themselves. They are an embarrassment to the entire law community globally and Canon is just as bad. :(
