Nice vid. I did a review of a GP and Rolex Box- worlds apart. Imo the modern day Rolex boxes and associated packaging are awful. Leather wrapped polymer boxes just does not cut it for a high end Swiss brand!

Thanks saw these on ebay but with expensive delivery, is it worth It? Is it good quality? Considering this or an Aevitas box, thanks for your response

good box is wooden birkenstock box from Germany. they have boxes for 5, 10 or watches. the exterior looks beautiful in dark and red wood with beveled edges. these are however not travel cases.

The boxes are in boxes in a big box! Sad but they are never really taken out

For us collectors it is ridiculous to get these huge wooden boxes. I could understand if someone has only one or two proper watches, he probably put this boxes on a shelf and store his watches within the original box. I've got the new Omega boxes. They are nice to look at but my Omega is sitting in a five slot watch box together with my other more expansive watches. I prefer getting smaller travel boxes instead. Like Breitling or Nomos does offer. And if you pay $10,000 or more for your watch it would be nice to get both - a display case and a travel case.

Claus-L. Müller yep agree. watch storage is a pain mine are usually in a watch roll in the safety deposit box , no chance of fitting boxes in a safe or deposit box

I asked to a carpenter to made a box equal to the Patek Philippe's one, and my box was beautiful, people use to say: wooow you got a Patek Philippe! But inside my box you are going to find only Casio and Citizen watches lol lol lol

patek the winner. like the ap box too, though the printed name and logo on the wood reduces the prestige. should have no markings on the outside.
