Totally agree. Vegimite is actually better. My Aussie mates certainly prefer it over marmite. Though if they can’t get Vegemite, they are grateful for marmite!😄 But my total favourite is bovril. Two reasons, firstly and mainly it makes the most delicious drink that the others can’t do and is really beefy which I prefer to just salty. So it has a more umami flavour, I think. But mostly because it’s actually incredibly good at healing irritable gut. It contains the proteins your gut lining needs that are in bone stock that help to repair leaky gut that results from gluten intolerance which I get.. so it goes really well with a gut friendly diet.

I think my all time favourite character of his was Sam Gamgee - Lord of the Rings (BBD Radio). I've watched him for years as if I were expecting him to explode at any moment, I've got to know what he's going to say next :)

The publicist in the background can't hear anything more about Marmite, and probably has heard Bill advocating it several times. She's like: “Get oooon with it!” from the first moment of this clip. 😇
