Coming from a Vikes fan, Thielen was never the fastest guy, but he just somehow made all the catches. It was time tho.

he’s near the end of his career unfortunately. I like him, but he was never the fastest even when he was younger. He’s a solid receiver but should NEVER be the first option.

@@Happytarheel7 I’m aware of that. where did I say he wasn’t? He was the best receiver on our team but let’s be honest that’s not saying a lot. I’m not trying to disrespect him, but Adam Theilan should not be WR1. I love him, he’s a solid player, but he does not need to be the leading receiver on any team. He’s best fit to compliment a team, not to be its best player.

@@ocifer I agree that he shouldn’t be wr 1 and I love the Johnson and leggett pickups. However, I feel like people just write off thielen just because of his age and say he shouldn’t be a primary target… he proved last year that he is still capable of preforming at relatively high level

I have a feeling that maybe having a 33 year old white receiver as your top ball catcher might not be the best.

When you have one target that is basically force fed, you will still get some results. His only issue was a general lack of YAC. He tended to fall within a yard of where he caught it

Adam can catch the ball. But look at the yards after catch he ain’t no weapon he’s just reliable we have no weapons in the WR room at Carolina right now

@@Kohnbread19 Over 1000 yards on over 100 catches, that's a 10 yards average. In a game that's played in 10 yard chunks I'd call that nice!
