Waste Pro Post Football Game Cleanup
After every home game here in Athens GA, Waste Pro sends out a small army of rear loaders to collected the disposable cardboard boxes that tailgaters use as well as the bags of trash from in the stadium. Here you can see 4 of their trucks getting it done after the Tennessee game. Not as much trash this year, but still a substantial amount. Had rained the night before this was filmed so all the boxes were very soggy which made the job much harder. Hats off to all these great guys over at waste pro for cleaning up the mess after the games.

I would love to be in the garbage
Great video man! Nice trucks. Just these boxes, they're such a waste of valuable resource. And a pretty big inconvenience for the guys picking them up. Would be so much better if they switched them for carts or reusable plastic bins in general.
Awesome nice cleanup video these are some of my favorite videos to watch especially if the truck collecting everything is a rear loader. I really enjoyed this video too dude.

when do post football garbage collection events happen. If for example the football game starts in the evening does garbage collection happen the next morning?

How do they pick up garbage bags
I'm so glad someone else decided to get football cleanup footage! I'm surprised they send out their small trucks! Are all 4 able to knock out the route or do they have to dump and come back? And I'm guessing nothing gets recycled?

Thanks! These event clean ups always fascinate me so I try and catch them when I can. This particular location only has smaller RLs like these so that’s the reason they use them. All of them do one load, and don’t necessarily pack out. But it does depend on the circumstances. Correct, everything is landfilled. Nobody uses the “recycle” boxes for recycling. Pretty much just an additional trash bin. Glad you enjoyed!

Because of covid the trash is minimal. During a regular season with no covid we use bigger trucks.
Why are the trucks so small for a big route?

there not recycling what a joke, they have recycle bins and that goes in the trash what a waste
