In our town, the garbage man is so friendly that everyone knows him by name and wave and greet him, giving him cookies to. He stops the extra minute while you run with the garbage bag🎉

Don't you guys have like a scrap guy that goes around pick up scrap because that's a lot of good scrap metal that's there. What a shame. It's all going to the trash yard and it's going to be there for many many moons

What Massachusetts neighborhood is this? I need to know because there’s a lot of metal people throwing away and a lot of good stuff that is resell that I can go take and make money on.

Does anyone in your area believe in sending metal to the scarp yard to make money or even donate some things or even resell it instead let's toss it in the trash what a wasteful world we live in

Man in my area almost none of that would've been left for the truck. Hell it would be in my scrap truck. Can't believe we're still throwing metal way in 2024.

I believe in it. Only reason I didn’t hear was it was over an hour back where I scrap.

@@trashmancreeper I'm guessing they knew there were some scrappers around and they left it for them
It's really too bad since Republic owns so many of US landfills. They have less incentive to have bulk cleanup be both recycling and trash.

All that metal and resellable items. Just so sad. My granddaughters are gonna be surrounded by garbage someday because where is it gonna go when landfillls have no room.
