I have biult units that use up to 2 gallons per hour or about 145,000 watts
I use oil burners for many things mostly for burning tree stumps out of
the ground, waste oil burners work great for forges or smelting metal.
Ive biult many types of waste oil burners from syphon nozzel waste oil
burners to drip feed to vaporizer coil waste oil burners . these also
can be used to biuld a furnace and heat very large areas .
the most efficiant waste oil burner i have biult is a siphon nozzle
atomizer and it uses about 4 liters of waste oil per hour .
do not burn transmission oil it is toxic .

Great job! Oil burner has the oil connected to the “T” where you have the hose connector that is acting as a spray nozzle. Oil Burner has the out go where you have the oil input. The air goes straight thru the “T” top picking up the oil. I have no idea if it matters. Oil burner uses a longer burn chamber (pipe or 2x2) about 12 to 14 inches or more! This type sprayer is not as finicky as the Venturi style set up. That is weird too. It seems the sprayer nozzle works less finicky than the atomizer nozzle even though the atomizer makes a much finer, smaller particle spray!!! To me that does not add up. The Atomizer should work better with less trouble but that is not what I see.

So it's no blue flame but it's pretty cool to see how simple Your Design is compared to how it is now because right now it looks a lot like mine and has to be smart plus you got a blue flame not fair

on you tube is a guy he has a very good nozzle for waste oil I think the name of the nozzle is the kewe nozzle you can use a wire feed copper tip form a welder so the air go s in or out side you can adjust it too you have a inside cone shape and the welder tip made to shape same so you get the siphon going no need for presher

Yes I keep having trouble with my homemade siphon nozzle what was the sign that you had attached to the oil line it look like some type of reservoir or something was that to keep too much airflow going back to the tank. The trouble I'm having with his I've gotten feedback from the air going into the tank of oil and is bubbling the oil on putting air in the tank and air at the end of my nozzle I'm not for sure what I need to do about that any suggestions. Thank you for your reply back

yes your set up is not siphoning if air is getting into your tanks , you need to adjust your air spike inside the siphon . with out a picture of your device i cant help you , also the oil tank on the set up in this video is also pressurised so its not a siphon nozzle . go to my syphon nozzle vids and you will find a diagram of the one i built . go to this video at 16:25 kzread.info/dash/bejne/lKWpqdOvhMrahJs.html

How does the oil flow with all the air pressure. I built one and I can't get a mist cuz the air pressure pushes the oil opposite direction
