Washington Wanderers - UW Japanese Garden Wandering
Spring is finally here and we celebrate it by wandering the University of Washington Japanese Garden. Neither of us had been before and we found the grounds pristine, manicured & wonderfully cared for. It's a peaceful and contemplative place which is surprisingly quiet even though it's right next to a well traveled road.
In a few weeks the whole place will be vibrant with color but right now it's a alive with every shade of green. They are generally open Tuesday - Sunday. Admissions are: Adults 18-64: $8
Youths 6-17, Senior Adults 65+: $4, Children 0-5: FREE
