The video failed to mention securing the drain hose (strap to a water line, etc.) so that it doesn't pop out of the drain pipe.

Why the friggin hell are drainage pipes installed loose in the first place? Why can it just be [expletive] standard to have a way to secure it?

With the use of an Oatey laundry box, If I were to lower the box so the top of the drain pipe is 28”, could I put the p-trap below the floor? I have a crawl space below the floor. Front load washer.

What if the outlet is at the top of washer, should I measure the 39 inch from there or from the floor? Front load washer.

What if it just sits there before the rinse cycle with the wash light on?

Why does my apartment have two spots for the Easter water hose? Do I put it in the left or right?

Is there actually help given here? My washer has water sitting at the bottom with clothes in it. I don't have a display panel for codes. There's no kinks in the hose and I tried the plug trick but nothing's working. I hear a faint hum when I turn it back on but it doesn't sense or move.

Hello, I have a question and I just wanted to know; because I have a kitchen sink for washer machine draining hose and I wanted to know what size to reach my kitchen sink.

A pan lid dropped from the shelf above the washer, knocking the frame around the water connections loose. The drain hose seems to be a problem because water is leaking around the baseboard. This is happening only when the washer is on a spin cycle. I'm 67 years old woman and tried to put the hose back in, and the frame work around the box for the water connections. Is there some way I can make it drain right? Am I missing doing something?

i was warned at home depot NEVER to try to connect to the domestic drain line ... due to the possibilitiy of backup - which has resulted in FIVE incidents now where my kitchen was COMPLETELY flooded because I TOTALLY FORGOT to put the hose in the sink ... or it fell out due to water pressure

My stand drain pipe same for 23 yrs. My septic drain that's hooked to all is not clogged. But washing machine...water starts to drain and 15 seconds later water backs up

Worst washer Ive ever bought. Constantly gives me problems. Does NOT drain, had to get it fixed at least 5 times now I've only had it for 3 weeks!!!! So disappointed.
