You should get continuity or resistance readings from both tests , 11kohm for the heater parts of lock , and 0.1-0.4 very low resistance for the switch part. OL would be a failure.

Damn, I was going to complain about the structure of the video, but having seen how nobly did @cagmito76 handle your harsh critique... now I feel bad. Well, luckily it's nothing that can't be fixed!
