Repair clinic, I get the feeling we all came to this video for the same explanation: How to hook up the washer dryer connections behind the two units in such a confined space? Could you please do a video on that? If you have one can you post it in the comments?

How did you hook up the dryer vent hose?

What about the washers water hookup and dryer exhaust and electric connections??? These appliances don't have any???

this kit can be used for a frigidaire washer and dryer, and another question this is similar to a rack to place the dryer over the washing machine

is this for any 27" washer dryer say if you have mixed brand units?

How do you remove the screws that connect the washer to the dryer if there's no space to squeeze around behind the appliances to unscrew them? That's our issue ... we can't pull the appliances out because they need to go over a piece of hardwood to come out (thus we need to pull out one appliance at a time), & we can't reach the screws to unscrew the dryer from the washer. Thank you!

fan3002 We hired someone who very carefully pulled both out at once using with what little wiggle room we had to work with. He wrapped some sort of strong belt around the one on top to help pull them out. It was super challenging though.

@@skysoul2022 Understandable. Mine is upstairs and it has a drain pan underneath it that is plastic and I can just picture this getting broke. I knew when I bought the home it was in a bad place but I had to go with it.

Missing: how to attach the dryer exhaust. You can see round flexible exhaust in the first open closet shot. Glossed right over that step.

Clyde Leuchtag Electric dryers don't need as much space as a gas dryer would. Also the most you would deal with is condensation depending on the setting you use it on.

Yes they do! All dryers need to have a good vent installation. Or else you will have a restriction. And a small cabinet means you won’t be able to go back there and shortened the vent.

When was the 1st front end motor stackable made

The vent installation will be unique to it’s surrounding/positioning, youcan also reverse the swing of the dryer afterwards so they both open and close the same direction as it is inconvenient to use them that way.

But ow do you make the dryer vent, water, and discharge hose connections? i am building an enclosed washer & dryer "closet" and space will be tight, but it will meet the requirements you set for venting and stuff. how do you connect the hose and dryer vent and stuff, then scooch it back into the closet?

Contact your dryer's manufacturer if it's not in the bag you should have received when it was delivered--it should also contain the drum locking pegs

How do you remove it? The house I'm moving to with my family has a stacked unit installed blocking the stairways to go up and down leaving the wooden stairs outside as the only way to go upstairs an downstairs.

I have problems with all BOSCH products?? Unhappy with the quality at all.

So home owners doing this.... We need access to the back of the dryer & Remember you do not want to use flex ducting on a gas dryer. Why? because it traps the lint in the crevasses, also messes with the air flow, which will cause a back up in the line and then carbon monoxide comes into the house from the air holes in the dryer, please install a CO detector in the laundry room!! Don't rely on a smoke detector in the center of the house. you need time to get out before the gases get to the center of the house. Most of us dryer cleaners see this one a week. looks pretty but really makes it difficult because doing this causes safety issues. as great as it looks... it's not safe.. your dyer has to breath as well.

No, washers move a lot and they could make the entire tower fall, and they are a lot heavier

just to disconnect a washing machine this place called Toronto decorating charged us $850
