Blood bath AU is one of my favorites Rottmnt AUs And you bringing it more life with you vocie acting makes me so happy

The art style has me thinking about the old mirage tmnt comics. It's like the artist of this fan comic is drawing some inspiration from the original comics to make this, I've looked into this AU and found that Lou jitsu AKA splinter is a former assassin. Similar to how in the original comic, hamato yoshi was in the foot clan whitch was full of assassins. The difference is how in rise, splinter is hamato yoshi but in the og comics, splinter was yoshi's pet rat. So in both this AU and the og comics, hamato yoshi had something to do with assassinations. And in the og comics, yoshi and his wife were both assassinated in front of splinter by the shredder, so that adds more on how both splinters had something to do with assassination. Also in this AU(which is called the bloodbath AU by the way) the turtles were separated at the time of their creation and splinter was only able to escape with leo. Splinter of course taught leo ninjitsu like all splinters, but the thing that connects bloodbath leo with the mirage turtles is that he also kills his enemies. Because let's not forget, ninjas are meant to eliminate their enemies and live no trace that they were even there. In the mirage comics, splinter trained all if the turtles for one purpose, to kill the shredder and avenge hamato yoshi. And instead if the foot soldiers being something like robots like how other tmnt series do it. in the og comics, the foot ninjas were real people that the turtles killed with no hesitation. Go's to show how bloodbath leo and the original mirage turtles are similar. I started rambling about this because it's and interesting comparison to think about. Whether it be intentional or not, the artist of the bloodbath AU added quite a few similarities between their leo and splinter and the original mirage comic. It's interesting

I love the art, the voices, and THE BACKGROUND MUSIC!!!!! It also kinda feels like we're taking the rise turtles back to the dark roots of the old mirage comics a little.

I believe it's a variation of the bloodbath!AU...but focusing more on the darker aspects of the events that take place. Some exposition: the bros were separated at birth and were raised by a different parent. Leo by splinter (who was an assassin here), Mikey by draxum, Raph by the Foot, and Donnie by big mama. Basically Leo's a trained assassin, and after meeting him, the others start having to clean up his messes (murders), all while dealing with the emotional toll that comes with being an accomplice to these events.

They have been separated since childhood (Donnie - Big Mom, Raf - Foot clan, Mikey - Draxum, Leo - Splinter). Splinter in this AU was a killer. The rest of the villains, having received the turtles, became on the contrary kinder. And they meet each other at one moment, and then... I don't know yet. The comic is still being drawn.
