Hi @BlackGirlCurls! in regards to living in the Caribbean, yes! the moisture is always in the air and in my hair, sometimes in the summer my hair gets too soft and limp where my hair cannot hold a style! I'm from The Bahamas.

Yes… I was stretching my hair and noticed my texture has changed, and I experienced a bit of breakage. That was my sign to go back to the foundation 😅

Exactly 💯... this is what I was saying in one of my wash and go videos about humidity. I live in Uganda and its so humidity here all year round too and I didn't realise that till mid last year when I decided to truck the humidity everyday......even the dry seasons are humid and right now its the wet season.....sometimes it's upto 99%. I said with the humidity in the air and and the humectant in the gel, that's too much moisture for a wash and go to hold more so when you don't have a dryer. I also stopped styling my hair when soaking wet, I used a spray bottle while styling. Thanks for confirming

You can find suggestions on our Amazon storefront. If you’re looking to understand more about layering gels for your climate we recommend subscribing to SeeSomeCurls. There are more tutorials with different combinations being used.
