In an interview aja said her reasoning for not voting shangela is cause she didn’t think some of her top placements were deserved (specifically that she should’ve been in the top for snatch game not her). Which honestly might explain why others didn’t vote for her.

I mean, let's be real, people talk a lot about Shangela, but the true winner of AS3 was supposed to be DeLa. Like, she was top 2 almost every episode she was win, to the point which she was the one to eliminate herself.

I think Dela wins more by not being associated with the show at all. She got all the flowers she needed and bounced after she realized what she was actually doing.

I mean they both did well, pretty much the whole competetion you could tell it was going to be between them. People speak on Shagela bc she was robbed, she was there for the long run and only missed finale due to a jury vote. Whereas Ben never had a chance specifically bc she cut herself off from it. Both got their flowers but only one was robbed.

Do yall remember that first episode of season 7 untucked when Trixie says, “yay!!! I’m not Shangela” How true that statement proves time and time again.

No matter what they say, Shangela is my queen, she cured my depression with her talent, love u Shangie.

So many allegations by different people and different times/locations. The stans that still purposefully defend her and deny any possibility that she's in the wrong really sicken me. How would they feel if it happened to someone they cared about. It's wrong and unfair to victims of sexual assault/rape.

Current events aside shangela was robbed. Most of the former queens all but admitted they chose someone else over her because they didn’t like how seriously shangela was playing the competition game. Knowing production I wouldn’t be surprised if they knew about the tension and orchestrated the queens coming back to make it easier to hand trixie the win. It also brings up about how winning drag race slowly has become less “who is the best drag queen” and more “who can become really viral and marketable”

i think trixie was a better choice, because trixie is very associated with whatever WOW does, hosting pit stop, etc.,. on track record, yes, she was robbed. but based on who carried the AS3 legacy was trixie

But a big part of the game in an All Stars season like that isn't just about challenges, it's about gaining the support of your competitors. When you're voting each other off (and ultimately when you're voting for the finalists), it's a social game, and Shangela obviously kinda flopped at that. So if it had been a regular season where it's all about the challenges (and only a little about the fan reaction)? Sure. But in All Star rules? She didn't play the game well.

Even if we put accusations aside, I just didnt like that Shangela won 3 challenges but was never the best in any of them. She was second to Dela in rusical and snatch game and second to Trixie in acting. Thats why I dont like top 2 format because if they only had 1 winner for episode, Trixie would have 2 wins and Shangela zero.
