I got the white & turquoise pair on order. Sent my first one back because of the wrong size. Can’t wait to regularly train in them again. The colors are so gorgeous too 🩵🤍💛

I put the Versa Lifts heel inserts inside my TYR Lifters and it was a huge game changer. I previously got a pair of the Versa Lifts inserts and I didn’t like it because it wasn’t firm enough, I thought they only sold that one pair. Turns out they have one that’s really firm and it’s purpose is for heavy squatting/weightlifting. I feel the same way with the TYR lifters heel height not being high enough

Did you get the gray (firmest) ones? I tried putting them into my TYRs, but they felt a little wonky because the bottom doesn’t sit flush with the inside of the shoe itself

Thanks for all the great work. I was wondering about the Sika opinion on NSIADs. And it made me think that you guys could do a video about sleep/recovery. In a prior video you touched on the psychological benefits of the inflammation response (to oversimplify in the extreme). So does one taking ibuprofin on the occasion of a back niggle in order to improve my sleep come out as a net benefit or not. Also could be a great opportunity to shamelessly and relentlessly push Sika Sleep.

After a quick search I see you've done some sleep videos. But I haven't heard much commentary on NSAIDs.

generally bc nsaids prevent inflammation, they would seriously slow down your recovery. It's good to take before gameday and inbetween days during competition though

Hi, I don't know where else to put this. Could you guys do a video about the possible causes of so many injuries among the French team just before the start of the world cup. Their S&c coach Thibaud giroud was once on the French rugby podcast and he talked about more endurance and sustainability focus over raw strength as his approach. Also after their loss to Ireland in the 6 nations, a team member said they played while fatigued due to intense training during the week. Wonder if they have changed, or maybe a peak gone wrong into overtraining?
