Successful investing/trading is hard work because it means disciplining your mind to do the opposite of human nature. Buying during a panic, selling during euphoria, and holding on when you are bored and just craving a little action. Investing is 5% intellect and 95% temperament.

Warren Buffett invent the strategy of buying/investing when the market is low and also buying/investing when the market is high? As Warren Buffet said, he has seen this happen many times in his life. Not an investor. My husband and i never earned more than a middle class salary. We plan to get retired at 58 with a stock portfolio worth $4M. We have never sold so much as one share of stock...

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

Warren frequently makes good arguments. But hearing from someone with his level of experience is also beneficial. Given that the majority of my holdings ($650K) consist of Nasdaq, Apple, and Tesla companies, his opinion or any other professional recommendations on what to do would be greatly appreciated. Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.

Most people either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter.

Being successful for me looks like getting remarried to someone who supports my hopes to work for Railcrew Express as a bus driver and support worker for the Railroad again. It also means following through with what my bus driver union tells me to do during my rehabilitation process, even if it takes an extensive amount of time. I will know that I am blessed when I get to retire without having to spend the end of my life in a nursing home, but rather being around my family and in my own home. Successful living for me will also look like building my own dream home from an suv or Van to create my very own camper for full-time living. I really appreciate Mr. Buffet's advice for what success looks like and should feel like.
