In his day Warren made some outstanding investments. I have been following him for 30+ years. However, on his best day Warren was never on Elon’s level.

I fail to see the plot against Tesla. I mean a statement from Warren Buffet claiming that insurance business is a tricky business isn’t exactly a plot A car manufacturer that offers a n insurance specifically for their brand isn’t exactly news either. I had one of these in my old country!

It is exploitation. Insurance companies figure out what rates to charge for other makes of car. They can do it for Teslas.

Warren will never outsmart Elon on EV insurance because 1) Elon has the driving data (via FSD) and 2) Elon sees the future better than any human…. BTW for these reasons Elon will own the EV insurance business and the ICE car insurance business that Warren’s companies have is rapidly going away, and Warren knows it.

Tesla: Get rewarded for a clean, safe driving record. Insurance Companies: Not only do you not get a break for a safe driving record but your new policy is now more due to other morons getting into wrecks while texting.

I have Tesla insurance for my car. So much cheaper than the others.
