What a glow up the last few ranges have been! Happy with my Speedpaints 2.0 but I’ll definitely check these out.

I appreciate the reference shots of the finish, it's so hard to judge what paints are actually gonna look like over the internet most of the time, especially when buying online and not being sure how accurate the tone of a color really is.

Those glow effect paints look very nice. Makes me wish that I had more sci-fi miniatures.

Really would like a dedicate effects box set. Otherwise have to buy them one at a time or the complete. Only get a few of them in the other sets.

Disgusting Slime is one of my favorite colours, that bright fluorescent green.

Love the range and the blood and ooze/vomit look great. I must have missed you using the ferret effect.

Oh yeah, I need those glow ones in particular.

wish there was an ice effect... I'm not a warhammer guy but I do love an icy zombie in DnD.

There's no immediate plans for 100ml bottles of those, but who knows what the future may hold for the Fanatic range

Was hoping to see the dried verdigris but definitely love the vomit

Funny this popped in my recommendations. I'm getting back into the hobby and decided to give this brand a try, using Greedy Gold as my primer for my 1k Sons, and doing Hydra Turquoise as the main paint, followed by Fire Lizard cause I wanted the Rubrics to be a tad different. Would have gotten Daemonic Yellow otherwise if I was going for the true patterns. But I'm excited to get my practice in with some Chosens I got as being my first units in a Tzeentch colour scheme before I start collecting Rubric Marines.

Love the glow effects. This line is very impressive, but these effects are next level IMO. Good word AP!

The effects paints look good AND you put a different color on the cap. Well done guys.

These look cool AF❤ however.....I am using speedpaint(mainly 2.0, but also a little bit SP 1) and am concerned about combining these two! Will there be a problem with any kind of reactivation? Or isthat problem completely gone? Last question, does the effect paint come in a box of their own?

Those effects look amazing. New industry standard, and a high one at that! Wow! Can't wait to try this out. A liiiiitle bit nervous about splurging for the full complete set. BUT OMG IT WOULD LOOK AMAZING NEXT TO MY COMPLETE AIR PAINTS SET!! :D

Looks interesting now i only need a Paint Set with Exactly that colors from the video in it.

Love to get hold of the set,. really expensive tho.

Could you describe the finish on those glow effects? This all looks pretty good, I think especially the rust effects might be a good replacement for my 'dirty down' which is nigh on impossible to mix.

The glow effects have a flat or matte finish similar to the rest of the Fanatic range

i’m really excited for the vomit!! i’ve always wanted to be able to convey a very real battle tactic from midevil soldiers where they smear shit on their blades to cause infection in wounds and i believe this might be the paint for it!!!

What about Fairy Dust? That is one of my fav effect paints. Actually does a great job painting the sparkle on diamonds like Buttstallion and Emma Frost(whole would probably not like being compared to that horse 😂)

Fairy Dust won't be a part of the Fanatic range, it is still part of the Air range though.

Looks great. I’m currently working on my own line of paints for personal use and effects paints will be part of that. Actually just received a box of 144 pigments from the US yesterday and am looking forward to experimenting with them.

There is no Effects box at the moment, but the Plasma Coil Glow will be restocked as soon as we're able to. It's a very popular paint :)

A Primer, a Retarder and a Stabilizer are considered "effects"? 😐

Ugh. Ditch the brush on primer. All brush on primer is cursed and I wouldn’t call that an effect paint unless the effect is depression.

The general opinion I've seen is that, among brush on primers, the AP one is one of the best. I find that to hold up in my own use as well.

I mean that’s like saying it’s the best of the worst possible technique. Brush on primers are terrible. There is no brush on primer that compete with a rattle or airbrush prime. Calling it an effect paint is just absolutely weird. Priming isn’t an effect it’s just a super weird place to even feature it.

I guess the effects range is just a catch all for anything that's not a regular acrylic.
