I find abandoned homes a little sad sometimes. Someone had a life there once. Once that house had light and history, and it makes me wonder about what that life was like. I thought about that when you found the WWII ration card. I read that England during that time had rationing far beyond the war years and that rationing wasn't lifted until the early 1950's with meat being the last item to come off the rationing. Really great investigation. thanks guys!

I have my grandparents’ ration cards. A real bit of history. We have it so easy nowadays, even during Covid. My mum could never bear to waste food … once you’ve craved something, and been worried about starvation, you never again take things for granted. One thing to mention … I often stay in a seaside attic conversion, and the seagulls on the roof really sound like large humans footsteps. Something to think about during investigations … though they’re unlikely to be prancing around when it’s dark outside.

In a way things are still rationed, and we are getting to that again with water. As the government are thinking about putting on a water ban so families only shower once a week. Don't know if anyone else saw that article, but it's devastating to think old ways can so easily be implemented. Not a bad thing for the environment. But sad to think there's so many people that nature can't provide for everyone. But I remember doing the bombing raids and pretend rationings at school to see how we would feel as students, and it was so sad. But happy that so many families did ban together and help. Some families even gave their rationing cards to those who needed them. 😢❤

It just occurred to me that bedsprings make a pretty effective antenna (I have actually tried that!) and it could explain why beds have shown so much emf activity in this and previous videos… That doesn’t explain other times where there seemed to be intelligent responses, but in this case it could explain why you only got responses there but felt they were just interference

This place is beautiful, I would live there in a heartbeat. Haunted or not. That rounded corner cabinet and the fireplaces. Absolutely magnificent.

Usually when I start a sesh I have a spiel I recite; something along the lines of “if there are any people or spirits here who wish to open up a line of communication, please come join me - you’re more than welcome. I’m Ash - I mean no harm or disrespect, and I don’t want to hurt you - could you tell me your name?” And I feel this helps the people/spirits in the area start to feel comfortable, because I broke the ice, so to speak. Honestly, it’s worked a lot, especially recently. You can also call out to specific spirits, if you know the area, etc. Have y’all tried dowsing rods? I know it’s old school and kinda hokey, but I’ve had luck recently and I swear it really helps them communicate more fluidly! I’ve got a lot of great spirits here around my home. Love you guys and your style! Especially the practical aspects, the humor (as you know), and the evidence! It’s crazy in this ep. That REM pod scared the bejeezus out of me lmao

Entertaining as per usual. I wonder if instead of calling them spirits, call out to 'the former owners/tenants'. I'm not sure they realise they are spirits. They will recognise strangers in their home. Trespassers. I'm sure they are trying to communicate but it is hard to get that across.

Great job! I don't believe that is electrical interference. If it was , it would be more constant. But it was answering your questions. When it was said you believed it was electrical the pod went off, letting you know it wasn't. I don't believe the spirit is happy yet it is not malicious either. I believe the spirit is just stuck. People were smaller then; lots of work, sometimes scarce food. Limited growth. In KC US, the front doors are so wide you could drive a car through; the driveways are so small you can't park there and still open your car doors. Doorways are low and narrow.
