You guys are easily one of the best and most honest teams in the paranormal community. One comment you made which was almost a throw-away was how this was like your 5th or 6th location you explored that day, and you only post if you find something or there is good content. That cannot be dismissed in the least. It just goes to show why you guys are so appreciated for not just your humor(which I find hilarious), but your integrity at the forefront. Also, your film making skills create a total package. Keep up your great work…it’s a pleasure to watch and a breath of fresh air among so much BS that is being put out there by so many! Thank you!!!

I agree absolutely!!

You are the only paranormal investigators I have watched who are prepared to remain quiet from time to time and just let viewers listen. It really helps to make us feel part of what you are experiencing - even if we hear nothing or nothing is captured, it is still interesting - I would not have the courage you have! No silly trickery, no over interpretation of "Ovilus" random words - just real-world encounter. Great stuff an much respect.

After 25 years of watching ghost hunting, these 2 are my favourites.Fantastic duo!

Nice catch. I thought it was a moth or a small bat, but I'm not positive about that. It seems to just appear in the frame, instead of it flying in like you'd expect. It also doesn't look solid, it looks like a shadow of some sort. (I suppose it could be the shadow of a bat or moth.)The "shadow" doesn't seem to be flying in the space, instead it looks like it's cast directly on "Not Joe's" shirt and I didn't see it carrying on with it's path. It just disappeared near "Not Joe's" arm. Man, this comment feels like a mess! I hope I haven't done to terrible of a job at explaining my theory about this anomaly.

One physical attribute of this location that will make everyone feel uncomfortable are the extremely low ceilings!!! You guys look like giants in this dollhouse! It’s hard to believe that people were so much shorter way back when! Great investigation guys!

You have to remember people back then didn't have proper health care or nutritional care so they probably didn't grow properly.

@ 16:36 when it's on Joe's camera you can hear something running! It's not Elliot because Joe's camera is pointing at him. That's the clearest running I believe I've ever heard. Also, near the beginning, those ping sounds that we're heard, reminds me of piano keys being pressed or maybe a wind chime. I have been working my way through all of your videos you've posted. I'm almost finished now and I have to say, y'all are the realest Paranormal team ever and y'all are funny as hell! Keep doing what you're doing!!!❤

Something unexpectedly came up during the premier, and I had to leave. I wasn’t very happy about it either!! Well, I’ve just now finished watching, and it didn’t disappoint!!! Ghost Theory never disappoints! Even if there wasn’t any paranormal activity, the video would still be just as good because you guys are just the best! Anyone else hear that odd breathy 'yeah' @4:03? What about the 2 odd white circles on the roof 1@ 4:45, the other @4:48, right when Elliot reaches the 2nd floor? @11:24 a girl says "what?" Clear as day!

Why no spirit talkers? Weird how that one ceiling slanted down. Making Elliot look even taller on one side of it. Was good stuff!😘

Superb ghost hunt once again.there were a few occasions I thought I saw shadows moving, but could have been light trickery. Sure I saw one on the clip from the static camera in the living/ dining space, along with 3 orbs. All the pinging sounds footsteps etc I heard with out you guys replay, that rhode microphone picks up some great stuff. Always use headphones or ear buds folks. You won't be disappointed. 👻👀

Great one!! Ya know, I'm pretty sure I heard that breath when you were looking for the entrance to the loft and Joe looked down the basement stairs and joked that it wasn't the way to the loft. Somewhere around the 10 minute mark. You guys didn't comment on it at the time, so I thought I might have imagined it but once I heard it again, I realized that perhaps I was right. Great to get together on live chat for the premier, and equally great to rewatch this morning with headphones [☕+🎧]+👻🔬=😁 This was a great place and could be good for a revisit is possible, love that you left a locked off cam while you went outside. How good would it be to leave a camera in a location for 24hr (I know that's not feasible and you never know if someone would go in and steal it 😳) to see what goes on when no-one else is around, especially after having been in calling out for a while, stirring up the energy. You hear that strange lightbulb type noise again just after the bang on the locked off camera when you were outside, but then again at 16:28 as you are both walking it is the same noise but like it was from something you stepped near/on, like a clay pot almost. Awesome episode! Great job especially after 13 hours finding locations 😅 thanks for sharing 🖤

Great investigation on this one. Six locations prior to this one? I appreciate your engagement to ghost hunt. dang. Something is up with Tudor - era houses. Paranormal back then was at the witchcraft hunting level. 300 to 400 years old, alone, can do it too, I guess. I figure the core of the house is ancient and the outside is reinforced with the red bricking. I like you on-the-go realistic debunking also. Great work.

Have you read that explanation or theory on how "footsteps" are heard? Especially in long hallways. Apparently when boards are laid longwise, sort of staggered like in a hallway, they expand during the day. The boards expand and sort of "catch". Then as the boards contract in cooler nighttime, they release - in series. One after another. It does sound like footsteps! But it's just the contraction cycle of flexible floorboarding. But to hear it repeatedly in the same room or area? Hmm....

Guys that was amazingly creepy, I could hear that breath straight away, this is clearly a house of considerable age, reminds me of like Tudor cottage like my brother used to live in, especially the low ceilings and sort of rooms that make no sense in some way. But when I was there baby sitting one night, I had an uneasy feeling that something was in the living room with me, when the kids were in bed. That's the feeling I got about this house you visited, of course it's great age can cause noises, but not breaths. I even got goosebumps too. Well done Joe and Elliot.

That was so creepy as i was expecting something to happen . As the walking was going on a lot taps & bangings and other things for the door 50/50 as it could be trick of the light or it could of been ajar . Joe & Eliott

That breath was crazy so close to you'll.

It's such a shame that a beautiful house like this is being left to rot. It wouldn't take much to do it up. Great investigation lads, you really should pay the place another visit! the pinging noise at the beginning could've been water on a pipe, but as for the footsteps, I haven't a clue. It's so sad that there's so many houses like this around when there's a housing shortage.

Do you guys ever think how many souls you may have helped to cross over by helping them to realise that they’re dead? Maybe it takes some souls that realisation before the light opens up to them or whatever happens? Also for them, being in the in between; I wonder if they feel haunted by our physical world and that of their loved ones who actually did cross over at the time of their deaths and if they can hear “both sides” I guess we’ll know when it’s our turn to go. Baffling to think of though. As always love your work boys. You make the best team!

Don't forget that 2 sessions, spirits told you that they see things as they were. So the attic was probably different.

Love those old historical English Tudors. Amazing how the average height of humans has grown over the past several hundred years (we’re getting taller) and the old UK homes are built for people 5ft zero 😂 Haunted or not - the place is definitely creepy 😬
