Plz help me I don't know what happened to me while I was meditating It felt as if my soul is leaving my body....my heart suddenly started racing so so so fast n I felt heat all over my body I don't know what happened I got so much frightened and opened my eyes and still my heart was beating too fast and my hands were shivering.....then I calmed my self down During meditation I was aiming that my old spirit left and Pharaoh came to change my life

Calm down! I feel you! At some level of advancement one can gain capacity to experience out-of-body astral existence. When you practice meditate seriously and regularly, you develop spiritual maturity and as you advance spiritually, you realise higher dimensions of life. After that, you might experience to gain knowledge from other dimensions. And it seems that your intention that your old spirit to left your body. If you are able to separate yourself from your body and still be comfortable with it, that's great. Enjoy it. But if it is scary for you, you can stop meditating in that way for now until you experience more spiritual growth or change your intention for the meditation

Wow! What A Experience! 🍀💚

What a blessing. Listening it for a week or two. Alongside with a deep spiritual practice (realising that there is noone who practices it, though) it now feels like I am always high on God. I used to microdosing mushrooms year ago and this literally feels like I am eating 1.5 gram of shrooms everyday now XD My (apparent) body strikes the lightnings, qigong feels unbeleivably amazing.
