I bet he’s not saying that same quote now. A few people with red ball caps stormed the capitol building and milled around in there for a little while like they were inside a museum and that’s a national emergency to these irrational fools. Burn down a few cities, loot and destroy retail stores, kill a few people along the way...now THAT’S something Cuomo can stand behind.
