I think if I was to forcefully grab someone’s wrist,I wouldn’t just let go when they grab mine These techniques only look useful if you’ve never been in,or even saw a real fight People see this stuff and trust their life to it because it “looks “ good but it might just be a fatal mistake

Merci pour ces méthodes, car pour ma part, je suis handicapé et je me suis fait agressé à deux reprises. Je ne sais pas m'enfuir, alors ou je subi ou je me défend, donc je préfère me défendre. je voudrais voir des vidéos de défense pour les personnes à mobilité réduite qui ne sont pas spécialement en fauteuil roulant, mais qui sont incapable de courir parce que sclérose en plaque comme moi ou atrophie musculaire, etc. Merci pour tout. PS je suis Belge comme vous, de Liège
