I’m relaxed

Saw the color green and blue a lot! Coming in from left, top of my head and right. Then a blue ball of energy in the middle, became light. I swear I felt out of my body for a couple of seconds. On and off. Held back a little because it was a feeling I never felt before. Got a bit of a headache. After it was over the headache was gone. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this one! Thank you so much! ♥️

Wow! The most crazy experience I've had! At the beginning I found the sound weird, reminded me something alien (sorry but true). But I started to relax, picked love, compassion and peace as a mantra and them started to calm down. Then I could see everything getting brighter and my hole body started to vibrate. Like a lot! And I started to feel that sensation that I had no "box" no body. Then the most weird thing happened. My "body" started to spinning. Just to make clear: I'm sitting on my bed in meditation pose with my back touching the wall. But I Really felt my body non body (because I didn't felt that I had one) start to spinning and I was kinda fighting to not. And then I felt this message like just let it be. And then I felt spinning kinda like an spiral and then it became a smooth movement and I was just spinning and vibrating. That just made me feel part of everything. It's just the confirmation for me that we are all one and we came from the same source. There is no separation. We are energy.

I have never been able to sit through meditation and focus only on breathing. The 20mins flew by, with each tone I felt a different "intent" be it a physical acknowledgement, a want to help, and one to heal, a thankful prayer.. then it was over. I looked at the description AFTER and it matched with my experience. Thank you! Grateful for kind beings sharing and helping others.

Me too but KZread algorithm and the people didn’t actually favor that, and decided to copyright strike the frequencies and also slow down and call that content ‘“no added value”

For some minutes my whole face started to make movements. At the end my forehead eyebrows and eyes were pulled up and than also my body started to shake for just a minut. But most weird was that some minutes afterwards, (I was still in my bed) all of the sudden my face started to make these movements again but more intense this time. And my head started to shake my head in my pillow from ear to ear at the same time. This for several minutes. I’ve been listening to freq. sounds for 2 weeks now but this never happened before. Really interesting!

I started working in a factory 2 years ago. Initially I didn't think I was going to be able to handle it because of the noise. Despite wearing earplugs, it was quite anxiety provoking. We have nothing but hard surfaces everywhere which makes the noise 10 times worse. Over time now it doesn't bother me as much. Now I'm going to make a suggestion that the company install acoustic panels throughout the building to reduce the noise.
