I listened to this daily a couple of months ago and it brought out some trauma I did not know I had been suppressing. I attempted suicide August of 2016, I'm recovering from multiple broken bones. I've been to the light and surrounded by souls and was given a second chance at life.... this music helps me a great deal as I focus on a better life. I now have high vibrations and visits from angels.

It's interesting how we carry our younger selves inside us throughout our lives. We may be an adult, one who supposedly can handle the challenges that life throws at us. But a part of us is still 5 years old, or 10 years old or 15 years old. We have not lost those parts of ourselves and sometimes they come back to us in happy or unhappy memories. At some point in life we become the person who protects our younger self, the one who needed an older, wiser and stronger guardian spirit. // I remembered this when I saw Harry Potter casting the Patronum as he lay besieged by the dementors at the edge of the lake.

James ryan Dait Yes, you beautifully stated my belief in the Truth of the Oneness of All That IS...I mean, How Could it be any other way? Being created by & Of the All-ness Of Source, it’s Only possible for us to remain One... we just get to choose & create a different, separation reality. For me, the only answer to that question a result of the matrix program; it taught, pushed & keeps reinforcing- through fear- the illusion of separation rather than Wholeness & Unity...whenever & however “it” can. At some point (& many say it was the fall of Atlantis), we stepped our vibration Waaay down from the multidimensional, Soul integrated Be-ings of our Original Creation to the Very limited human aspect only. We became able to be convinced/tricked that we could Only believe in what the human body’s 5 senses could perceive... actually only One percent of what is our True Divine Nature as multisensory Beings. In other words by the law of correspondence/“As within, So without”, this new mind-body dissonance of separation could only perceive that limited/limiting reality which matched & radiated the electro-magnetic “Attractor Factor” equal to this perception, thereby pulling in a matched material reality. We no longer lived in the Stillpoint of God-Mind/the Quantum zero-point Field of Oneness of All that is... we now lived in separation, throughout our whole bodies, between each other, & the same with Source. When pain comes knocking, it changes the air. Stifling the breath, making it hard to care. We stop and hold back the trusting process. Believing we are not meant to happy, so we settle for less. But belief in yourself is the start, it is the way to reclaim your heart. The steps towards it may be small, but to find such peace, we have to give it our all. Then the pain has less power as the heart begins to grow. Somewhere deep inside, it already knows. That it can heal, it can trust again to feel. So take your time, allow yourself to care. One day when the pain comes knocking, It wont have the power to stifle the air. Because love will find you and it will be there.

I always turn to solfegio tones as sadly lacking in this world imagine airports hospital s and schools playing this music in the background. We need it. My favorite doctor plays this in his rooms every day and realy makes all the difference in the healing process. Seems like healing is my main goal and focus in this life. As opposed to chasing the dragon.

To whoever is reading this, I know life is hard and stressful, I know you wish you could just escape reality and live in a world of complete peace, but the truth is we can’t. But, take a deep breath..in.......out. See, your already doing better. Get all comfortable, turn off the lights, set your phone aside.
