So cool. I used to make sopapillas which is a fried Indian bread. My kids love them. Not the healthiest. This is the ticket here. Thank You!

I love your bowl! Do you have a link for it?
You divided the dough into 8 equal parts but you ended up with only 7 on the cooling rack. Somebody snuck one! lol, Thanks for the recipe. I look forward to trying this! :-)
Hi Amy, I’m having trouble finding the ingredients list? We love the English muffins and the bagels so can’t wait to make these. Best wishes John

Thank you will make this. Do have to use milk in this recipe? I can digest sheep yogurt. But that’s all.
Such details instructions on the process you can easily follow this throughout. I watched that vegan Indian girl earlier and she just has fluff bullshit on her video. Here I find useful instructions and a guide so I do this myself. Also amazing how you have a sample schedule on your blog post. I'm subbing, thats it
Just curious…what’s the purpose of the tea towel? To keep dust or flies off?
Hi Amy, where can I find the recipe?

I would guess that depends on your starter and flour used. I have bought a gluten free starter which I feed oat flour and water, but the instruction leaflet said I could use brown rice flour, tapioca or oatmilk as feed if that helps you make a gluten free version.

What recipe? I see no ingredient list
Why wouldn't you include the recipe for ingredients measurements in your video or in the comments to this video so your video is just clickbait to get people to go to your website?

I thought the same.. She claims it's the easiest on here!!! I doubt that
½ cup (125 g) sourdough starter (she uses discard; that's asinine, just use active starter if you want a good product) 2 ½ cups (300 g) all-purpose flour ½ cup (120 g) milk (dairy or plant based) ¼ cup (60 g) plain yogurt (dairy or plant based) 1 tablespoon (15 g) olive oil 1 ½ teaspoons (7 g) sea salt
Leave it governments to do their best to destroy everything…. Tax 90% of everything over 1500 pounds…. The fact that people in America are calling to “tax the rich” 90% …. Think about how much would end in creativity and innovation if with all your hard work you become very successful then have 90% of your hard earned money stolen…. You think musical instrument producers would be around if they lost 90% of their income?
I can’t believe there is no recipe for amounts… sorry waste of time watching your video without an actual recipe. Great job explaining how to make them but I’m disappointed

Even though I can find the link I agree. Why should I go to an external site to get a recipe when it could have just been either in the video or directly in the description.
This is a very dangerous recipe, as in I can't stop eating them!
I was just buying naan over at Costco yesterday and thinking it would be great if I could try this with sourdough. ♪ ♫ Ta da! ¯\_( ͡❛ ͜ʖ ͡❛)_/¯ How amazing are you Amy?! Have you tried cold proofing this overnight? I was just thinking that might really help on timing the completion for those who don't have the flexibility to wait on the dough, plus might bring a little more flavor. If so, what specifics would you recommend?

Those Costco naans are special if you add a tiny amount of olive oil brushed over the top and then dust with garlic salt for putting in the oven for 5-10minutes. I’ll be trying that when I attempt this recipe tomorrow
