I did think about that. I did some 1/72nd in 1st edition. However a regular opponent started with 28mm and I followed.

Looks much like Italeri's Stalingrad factory set. If I'm right and it's manufactured by Sarrisa than it's probably the same laser cuts

Yes, it's the same. I wondered if the scale was different, as warlord has used the italeri 1/72nd terrain kits before for bolt action.
Any movement on this project?

Sadly not as much as I would have liked, built up a soviet and German platoon. Painted some terrain. My games planned were cancelled due to covid. ACW and Lord of the Rings on the paint station currently.

Some movement, German winter force finished. Soviets started. I've also played a couple of games, but not painted the terrain yet.
