Booster pack where u at

I love this track and don't know why they haven't brought it back for Mario Kart 8 at all. It seems like the perfect track to implement anti gravity on even if the booster course focuses way less on it then the base game. Playing this on Mario Kart 8 200cc would be so chaotic and hilarious, I hope it gets brought back.

@@BeDatAPickle It would be so disappointing as a checkpoint race that only does effectively one lap. It needs to stay 2 laps.

This course encompasses everything I love about Double Dash. The bouncy animations, vivid colours, ridiculously good soundtrack, rollercoaster track design and oddly tactical gameplay. And best of all, it's Wario of course!

This track perfectly captures the essence of someone who thought to themself, one step at a time, "hm, what would be cool to put here?" And then just kept adding and adding and adding things until they realized that it was all supposed to connect together somehow and the result was an absolutely delightful jumbled mess of a track.

In my opinion this track completely captures Wario’s personality perfectly! I wonder how many hoops he had to jump through to get safety regulations to approve this place for racing that must’ve taken a while. Also I have another board for my concepts that I think you’re going to like. It’s a painting. And your characters are the painters. It starts out as a completely blank canvas but the further you move the more of the painting you color in meaning you don’t know what space is in front of you until you see it. You can see an outline but that’s it

I think a track like the one you’re describing exists in that indie crossover kart racer that’s in production

Definitely my favourite from Double dash. Does the best out of all of MKDD's courses to capture the 'rollercoaster' feeling that game does so well. It's criminal that it hasn't ever returned. Honestly with some minor alterations, it would be a perfect fit for MK8's anti gravity!

I don’t understand why it wasn’t in Mario Kart Wii, nor 8. It fits well with the roller coaster feeling that most Wii courses (Koopa Cape, Rainbow Road…) AND with antigravity.

Unironically my most wanted track to ever return.

The Shake Dimension's development team had no reason to make Wario's booty THAT juicy. 🤤

Oh this ABSOLUTELY should be DLC. I only played this course about 2 times but it’s honestly one of the most memorable racetracks (like as in just the driving, not the music or anything) out of any Mario Kart course

I don't know why, but the Wario&Waluigi brothers has some serious epic skills at making cool but weird racetracks

Something I remember from the strategy guide for this game is the tip that right after the steep drop leading up to the pit is a cheeky place to hide items, pointing out that wario's picture is pointing straight at the trap zone.

It definitely deserves to be part of Booster Pass. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to jump over bottomless pits cackling like a mad man.

I think it’ll be a nice addition to all the Double Dash courses we’re getting in the Booster Course Pass.

This is one of my favorite tracks of the entire series, and I genuinely cannot fathom how it hasn't returned as a retro track in any game since. It's full of jumps for the new stunting mechanic added in Wii and onward, and it so twisty-turny that it would be awesome for some anti-grav too.

I never owned double dash myself, but I distinctly remember playing this track on a TV in a children’s hospital before. It would be so sick if it were remade, I really hope it comes back to the booster course pass!

It definitely deserves a place in the MK8DX dlc. Best Wario track of all time.

Yes it is, epecially now that tracks can have different path for each turn, Lap one, the Double Dash Layout, lap 2, parts of the track have detached and moved, you now take even bigger jumps, taking turns into cross roads so people cn drop items at intersections and to finish it all, anti gravity section on the walls of the big ball cage to get to the biggest jump yet and land right into the finish line. Still 2 laps, even more chaos.

Zoomzike is slowly becoming my favorite KZreadr for no other reason than the fact he covers A LOT my favorite childhood games (Sunshine, Double Dash, Paper Mario TTYD) and does it with an amazing voice.

This would've been SO COOL with 8's gravity thing

Best track in the game, love the giant jump and huge layout, outdrifting red shells here was also a breeze. Easy 10/10 track but I doubt it'll be back for the booster course pass

This is by far my favorite map of the entire franchise. Plying this game as a kid was fun as hell. You get sick jumps, a sick spiral. Cool bowl part that you can jump. It’s just dope

This makes to much sense. I would imagine the entire ball in the center being the zero gravity portion of the track

The track inside the cage ball looks like it'd be hell on 200cc

I would love if this came back and got a crazy antigravity glow up by making you twist around even more and having drive upside down while you look at the players on the other side

It is honestly wild to me that with all the new games and 8's DLC, this track was never redone for another game. I get that about half of the game is new tracks and they have to choose from a large pool of tracks, but even still, I would have taken this over Waluigi Stadium in the Booster Pack if the overlapping soundtrack was the concern, as at least Waluigi Stadium had a rerun on the Wii version. But, here is hoping for Mariokart 9, I guess.

I forgot this track existed but I'd LOVE to see it return in the booster pack maybe with more of an audience this time too

I think it's definitely worth it! I would also love to see waluigi stadium because that was super crazy. Also it would be kind of fun to do an all-cup tour as well even if it was broken up into groups or allowed you to customize it

One thing I love about the track is the fact that it’s basically built like a rollercoaster.

The title made me think that you were going to be trash talking Wario Collisium, but i have been deceived, which is a good thing here! Its such creative design, and one of my favorite looking tracks in the series! Im glad to see ol' Double Dash getting some love!

I loved DD and WC. I was hoping for a return. I always thought it was empty because it was still being "tested" and you were running the inaugural race.

This track, baby park and the DK map in double dash are single-handedly the best maps. I could have the nostalgia goggles on but even the yoshi track was so fun just knowing I’m driving on an outline of Yoshi itself.

Dude, playing this as a little kid. My brother was the driver and I had no clue what I was even looking at with the way to winds in and out of itself. Seeing the little preview at the beginning for the FIRST time probably did more to confuse me than enlighten me lol. I just held on for dear life and the back and hoped my bro knew where we were going LOL

You showing the track from far away and showing the out of bounds areas made the track feel a lot more claustrophobic lol

I wish we had gotten this over any of the tour tracks (I mean that as "I would take this over any of the tour tracks" and as "I would give up all of the tour tracks for this one track")

I never had DD growing up, but my best friend had a gamecube. No Special Cup unlocked though because he didn't play it much, so this track had a sort of mysterious eerieness to it lol, especially given the dark colours

With the theme of the city tour tracks, this would fit perfectly with a city tour Rome track in a cup

The twisty paths and jumps above bottomless pits reminds me just a bit of the final track of Crash Team Racing

Of all the courses that would had been FIRE in MK8's new physics, it would had been this

It’s a speed racer stunt track from before the 2008 movie even existed. That’s the aesthetic it gives me. Like the Cosmopolis Grand Prix but on a much smaller scale with a fifth of the competitors.

This track is so insane. Definitely my favorite double dash track and if they brought it back in the booster pass is would easily be the best of the entire pass

Something also interesting to point out is that part of the track actually goes out of the colosseum itself. Only one curve, but it is a nice little touch with the design philosophy

I'm shocked this track hasn't gotten a modern re-imagining across any of the new titles yet, and I absolutely agree with the sentiment that this DESERVES it.

Mario Kart Double Dash is a classic for me and I hate that I lost my copy of it as a kid... And that track is basically showing the crazyness that Mario Kart can become, only topped by Baby Park with its 8 laps and Rainbow road with even less safety regulations...

Wario Colosseum is one of the greatest Mario Kart tracks (possibly the greatest). No-one else even has a colosseum. No Waluigi Colosseum, no Funky Colosseum, no R.O.B Colosseum. Wario Colosseum is the only colosseum. The Romans couldn’t achieve anything close to what Wario has achieved. It’s Wario’s Greatest Mario Kart-Related Achievement

Wario would absolutely be the type of person to build a Colosseum entirely for himself and no one else. To me, that's why there are no spectators, Wario got to get the show to himself!

I still have hope this track will be back soon. Maybe for Wave 6 of the BCP. Nintendo is full of surprises and we might have a chance.

Given how old the actual colosseum looks compared to the racetrack, and its similarities to the real-life Roman Colosseum, I can only assume that Wario, in his complete disregard for the Mushroom Kingdom's history, has desecrated a historical landmark in order to make this track. And that's why there's no one in the stands

There is a prefetch track currently unused in MK8DX of Waluigi Stadium/Wario Colosseum's theme, though it's currently unknown which wave it belongs to. Most are assuming it's Waluigi Stadium that'll be returning, but if Wario Colosseum makes it into Tour, I imagine a mod featuring the elusive arena will follow shortly.

In double dash you could change the number of laps for each course, I would always set it to 9 and then play wario colosseum, great times

YESSSSSSSSS PLEASE!! This was definitely my favorite track on MKDD, and being denied of it for so long (my GC died and then I lost my MKDD disc shortly after getting a Wii) means it's crept up to the Top 5 in my heart. I definitely expect this one to be included in the remaining cups.

I have never forgotten this course.

Now imagine playing 9 laps with frantic items. It’s amazing how desensitized you become to red shell hell and blue shells with a side of bananas. I am particularly cruel on the jumps, leaving both bananas and fake boxes behind right as I jump to teach my nieces and nephews what it means to play dirty.

Wario Colosseum is the only track in Mario Kart history with two laps (not counting Tour reducing all tracks to two laps). I love the giant dash panel jump and all the tight drifting in this course. One of the best Mario Kart tracks ever.

But since all the dlc just comes from Tour anyways, why can’t they just put Wario Colosseum in Tour? I mean, it has two laps, which would be perfect for the disappointment of a game and it would increase the chances of it coming to the dlc.

I would love to see this track be the grand finale of the Booster Pass. That the final track we will get is this track, but even more chaotic now with gliding, driving underwater and anti gravity. Just imagine the chaos that could be done with that!

Wario Colosseum is my favorite track of all Mario Kart games. With the new anti gravity mechanics of modern Mario Kart they could add a segment of running trough the ball of doom's walls.

This is by far my favorite track of all time! I remember one day where I was trying to unlock everything and wanted to take a break and just play this track for fun. I was cruising along in first when a blue shell warning popped up. It happened right at the corkscrew and I started drifting like a madman! I watched as the blue shell hovered over me, teasing me, taunting me. I waited for the inevitable, but just before the end of the corkscrew came to end my drift, the blue shell flew off without hitting me! I had no idea that was even possible! And I was so mad that this was the one time I was playing by myself. Ever since then, this has been my favorite track (even more than it already was). Has anyone else experienced that?
