Question about hostile reactions…. Some hostiles have three possible reactions listed on their card. During a hostile’s reaction step, do they just do the first available reaction (attack, or if can’t attack move, for example) or do they do ALL three (attack, move/execute, retreat for example) in that single reaction step?

She explains it at around 7:00. All reactions are performed in order.

My wife and I played by doing all of them but it made it incredibly hard on just the 2nd map. Skeletons continued to rise as fast as they were being killed. We're going to try with just one and see if it's too easy.

This is a late reply but the above is wrong. You only perform one reaction (which could include more than 1 action) not everything on the card. The actions for each reaction are grouped together and you only do the first that applies. There are posts on BGG explaining this. Some reactions have multiple "actions", but you only do one set of actions on the card (do the first possible).

@@PickleTheHutt yeah, I’ve read through the BGG threads and finished the campaign using the one reaction per hostile reaction. It made a lot more sense. It’s a shame there’s so much confusion around this and that GW hasn’t clarified. Even this “how to play” video clearly got it wrong.

The site does say it's releasing in Germany at independent retailers. Not sure on the localisation, if any.

Yes, there is a localised German edition called Verschollene Schätze. You can order it via Thalia, Elbenwald, and possibly Mayersche, if I'm not mistaken.

Great game, but how to get an english edition in Europe?

hmm. That's tricky! I don't think that either B&N or EB Games have a presence in either the UK or Europe. EB Games has it available in AU but I'm not sure where it ships. EB Games is also owned by Gamestop so maybe check with them?

​@@thisjust10 You are correct; neither company exists in the UK anymore. EB (as Electronics Boutique) used to but died years back. Another option, if in the UK, is to ask at a Games Workshop shop though since they may know better & they're dotted all over the South of England. Sadly it seems their own website doesn't have any listing for this game.

@@nightcatarts I have asked several games workshops here in France and none of them actually ever heard of that game at all, and after further researches said that that it's exclusive to those online shops

It's just a primer to demonstrate how the game works & the mechanics involved. There are full playthroughs on the channel too, but not of every game because.. so many games.

It's explicitly meant as an easy entry game for people who aren't familiar with more complex rules yet. Also, from a design standpoint, Lost Relics has rather elegant mechanisms.

Seems there's an especially impish gleam in her eyes on this day..

the production quality is great on these but my goodness does it feel awkward. Becca has such a straight shooter way of speaking that nuance and jokes kinda land flat.

Nobody would buy this game if it wasn't warhammer
