That seems like a pretty big deal to me that definitely falls under the category of a serious lie of omission. If you are going to ask people to fight an eternal war against a wide variety of horrific foes, die over and over again in pursuit of that war, and all the while they will be slowly losing who they are in the process, then you owe them the truth, warts and all. They have a right to know what they are fighting for and what the full measure of the cost they will have to pay will be if you are going to expect them to fight, suffer and die for you over and over again.

I mean, it is kinda important to acknowledge that the Storm eternal immortality is trading away your very personhood. If you didn’t get told that before this and die a lot, you might be mad that your missing the things that maybe pushed you to make that decision in the first place. It’s a lie by omission. Sigmar probably knows that if you knew the whole truth of what being a stromcast eternal ment, most wouldn’t do it. Look at it this way, in Destiny, a Risen is someone who has been resurrected by a Ghost to wield the Light, tradeoff is that that person has no memory of there pervious life. This happens regardless of how fresh that corpse is. Died 200 years ago? Rez’d with no memory of your pervious self. Died 200 seconds ago? Still rez’d without any of the memories you have 200 seconds prior. Thing is? This is common knowledge. It happens to everyone who is chosen. Period. Contrast this with this example where you volunteer for this, or what ever the choosing process is, and there is no mention of what the successive resurrections consequences are, then yeah that’s a lie of omission. He knows that they will stop being people at some point and start being meat robots in bitchin armor, but he also knows that telling them that would significantly decrease recruitment. @@Godaronful It depends on the context and how that fantasy world runs. You can't just say: it's a fantasy! A fiction world also must have rules and abide by it. There must be a reason for mixed population in a place. Like, it's a port city, some trade spot. Or the land was conquered by ones and now they assimilate or get assimilated. No one would take seriously female fighters in Medieval setting unless some serious background work, like some special order but it must be justified. Depending on the culture, gay thing might be present or not. But definitely not in some European like culture or any other, tbh. I think only Greeks and Japanese had gay thing normilized. After all, there is a saying. Greeks invented orgies, Romans added women in there. No sane commander would ever take a disabled warrior unless he goes to die. You can't just throw some random shit and make people believe it. SciFi usually is set in future so it's better place for such themes injection.

Shes not overpowered nor anything. The video shows that over and over, shit happens. Shes a pretty badass character imo and seems to get more mechanical but also better at killing shit the more lost to the storm she is. I'd say its a pretty good portrayal in an advert.
