Isha probably would have been down, and definitely would have been able to handle the Big D, if you know what I mean, but she was already happily married and by the time she wasn’t, she was in an iron cage stuck in nurgles mansion.

There's a character who's the child of the God Emperor and the way that happened is because two traitor Lyctors (basically Primachs but not the Emperor's children) seduced him and stole his sperm.
