Huh, two inquisitors with a heart and sanity, there are more honest politicians than those. Amazing work, frankly better representation of realistic inquisitor than GW’s doom and gloom with a mixture of god and victim complex. (Not saying those aren’t awesome characters but yours are a nice change of pace.)

I would argue that's just the crazy batch being more out there, you hear about them because they're interesting or out of the ordinary or reprehensible even by inquisition standards. The job itself is very secretive so its not surprising negative publicity gets out more than positive Also we only have a handful of named inquisitors? Karazamov Eisenhorn, ravenor, Sherlock(if he's still canon), greyfax, kryptman, heldane, ozhma, the one from the second Eisenhorn book who was messing with the cadia pylon... Considering half of that list are lunatics or borderline heretics(ie super radical) it's understandable why people think of inquisitors the way they do Also TTS memes

@@lordgod9958 Yes, most inquisitors don’t pop planets, but haven’t run into any normal ones in the lore. Sanest one I have come across is Amberly Veil, who still had no problems with mass murder and thought that letting a genestealer infestation to develop in Tau empire won’t come back to bite humanity in the ass. Oh and Ario Barzano was pretty chill but we didn’t see much of him.

@Historyfrek4ever yes but Amberly is hot therefore forgiven :p Been awhile but I recall she argued against exterminatus by another inquisitor although ultimately agreeing she wasn't happy about it. Imperium of man isn't exactly known for diplomatic relationships with aliens, I agree the genestealers thing was short sighted but not really out of character for a high ranking imperial official. Chill inquisitors...greyfax isn't that bad aside from having a murder boner over Celestine being a witch/daemon, Eisenhorn was pretty normal and dare I say grounded until he started messing with daemons and became best buds with (apparently) THE GENUINE ALPHARIUS somehow

You know something, that line about there being no memorial for the planetary population whose lives were snuffed out in an instant... I'm certain the Lord Inquisitor didn't want to mention that there *was* already a memorial, it's just etched in the heart and mind of every Inquisitor who has had to order an Exterminatus upon a lost world. That's... deep.

They way you Wrote out thier Conversation is Bloody Fantastic! Love how the Lord Inquisitor Knows what the New Inquisitor is Experiencing and Talk to him and Reminds him hes Human! Just Amazing!!!!

I was half expecting the lord Inquisitor to be the Emperor.

While space marines, Grey Knights, Inquisitors, Sisters of Battle and many more sects and factions of the Imperium battle horrors of the galaxy and wield unimaginable power... They are all Human. And Humans can break. And cry. And suffer. That is what makes us human. And alive. No one is invincible. No One. Not even the Emperor.

Damn… this was good and it felt so human. This reminds me something I read about commissars somewhere on the internet that behind close doors they don’t sleep well. This was raw and the terrors of this universe can’t be stopped but it means they always have to keep trying no matter the cost even if it’s their own humanity.

These inquisitors are some of the few who have my respect.

Holy crap, I had forgotten what I originally loved about the Inquisition. I've been drowned in so much edgy meme and "lol exterminatus because someone saw lewd art" that I had begun to despise them. I forgot how much I loved seeing the more human side, the inhuman things they had to do and live with on a daily basis and how they are dealing with some of the most hopeless situations in the galaxy and forced to be the villain to everyone else's story. Thanks for that, your meme videos and amazing story telling is what help keep my love for 40k burning brightly.

Very sneaky of ya to have the heart sensor in the background. That’s good storytelling. Speaking of, I wish there were more stories about the Inquisition. Forgive my ignorance since I’m still trying to get into Warhammer but considering who and what they are, Inquisitors I feel have a bounty of stories, some good, some tragic, like this one!

What is scary is that when he said "million to get past the atmosphere" is not a joke or exageration. It horrible to think that annihilation is more efficient even beforr evacuation is possible. Memes aside, it has to really heavy to make that order for the first time, to condemn billions of souls to a fiery death and knowing that, you're the one that pulling the trigger, that all stops end with you.

This was awesome! What's the opposite of grimdark? Whatever it is, that's how I'd describe this video.

Sometimes to save lives you just take lives........ Even to save a solar system you had to destroy a planet........

I really wish you guys could take a bit more time with some of the stories and concepts, because you are perfectly tuned in to what makes grimdark and Warhammer work. And I know why you’re not able to make the longer form videos they wouldn’t reach as many people as quickly in a lot of people wouldn’t like that style of video so keep doing what you’re doing. You’re doing great.

Being real, I know a lot of people who beat themselves up over split second decisions they had to make in the past and what I tell them is that "everyone makes the best decision in the moment that they can. Nobody decides to do 'the bad thing', it just means we pick the best of bad choices and have a conscience (which is healthy and a sign that you're probably not as bad as you expect)." It's true and I mean every word of it. I've known people who have had to do some pretty jacked up stuff just to survive and I find it very hard to judge because nobody actively goes out of their way to do those things, they do them because a lot of times it will get you or people you know killed it you don't.

Oooh, this gave me the goosebumps. Excellent work, man!

In a setting full of Pseudo-Catholic Space Nazis, in an empire almost designed from the start to keep producing them, you make stories about the *people* who have to keep it going, in the (maybe vain, but that's not the point of) hope that one day, Humanity can flourish without a boot on its neck, not even its own. And it's a bloody good job you do of it, too.
