I think House Goliath may have some Thunder Warrior DNA in the mix...don't tell the Inquisition...or maybe that would be fun to see...

I think thunder warriors were more a product of risky body augmentation than genecraft. I see it like the first iron man suit from the 2008 iron man movie - something to get the job done till you can get out and get access to better tech. I remember that thunder warriors depended on a chemical and steroid cocktail that was replaced by the osmodula in the astartes. Also, their muscle grafts and transplanted organs would be rejected over time.

One of the incredible benefits of this series of videos, is learning more about just how brutal life can be in the 40k universe. No nonsense about pronouns or what bathroom someone can use etc. Just drop a deuce in a bucket and move on. No participation trophies, just glad you made to participate. Brutal, let’s keep that way. Once again an excellent video.

One thing's for sure there's a lot of positions in house Goliath and plenty of leadership to keep everybody busy and I know if the incredible hulk was in 40K we know what leadership position he's going to get and what would be funny since they take a lot of trophies and names form the vanquish I can imagine one of them taking the name of the enemy Hound boy with a frown oh boy that's going to get a lot of awkward glances 😅👍

Two videos per house

Awesome video as always GDN. Keep up the great work and may the God Emperor Bless you. I'm not sure two videos per house sounds good. Maybe a video on the imperial guard unit that comes from Necromunda in the future?

Which ones are those?

Strength valued over all else. Rulers titled “tyrant”. This human faction sound like they would be space ogres, certainly relate to the race in Fantasy, and I dare say more so than ogryns. They obviously, literally build themselves, up for such a comparison. Gene splicing giganticism. Even their mohawks are metal, and I see multiple specimens in this video. Oh, if only me in my youth and my scene had known. Some of these Goliaths look like residents of Bartertown, home to the Thunderdome, mashed together with some Warcraft production designs. They're all intimidating and all grimdark, particularly that veteran-looking fellow after 5:15; nearly as much as any astartes, maybe. Or heavy rock 'n roll thunder warriors. The punk rockers of the '80s Mad Max apocalypse, anyway...carried over into the far future. I wonder what the “stock memories” of Vatborn consist of. That the Vatborn immediately, seemingly 'naturally, defer to any more-evolved Natborn is admirable. Particularly considering the harsh physicality this House is fixated upon. Refusing admittance to any from other Necromundan gangs is also wise. Indeed, the Goliaths have more organization and ranking tiers than one might've expected. Although over a history of endurance I'd guess that's to maintain an influx of new membership and ideally expand in numbers. Free cities and the willingness to open up their chem cocktails and metal plate body grafting to aspiring slaves, after all. As for your inquiry at video's end, GDN, I vote for sticking to your same production model of two concurrent videos per Necromundan clan. Either way, I'm glad to learn all I do know of Necromunda through your channel's videos. Even though the setting's been developed for decades. With gratitude for this video and eagerness to consume whatever you serve up next, I bid you have a healthy and awesome following week, Narrator. The Emperor protects.

Was about to say, these guys remind me a lot about Warhammer Ogres. If they went to space and got a bit more "civilized" and less obsessed with food, its probably these fellows.
