Didn't you know that it's WAY MORE BETTER for us to stand up the hill & spy on people, waiting for them to drive into an area that would cause damage to their special section between the water & the otherwise dry land, rather than letting them know in advance where NOT TO GO, if not having/allowing any/all damages to occur. Either way it TOTALLY SUCKS that even grown ups CAN'T go outdoors & try to have fun & escape all the signs & rules & regulations & looky there - looky there, YOUR MOTHER/FATHER DID COME ON THIS TRIP WITH YOU, LIKE IT OR NOT!!

SPLASHING is actually very dangerous.. driving straight at a group of ppl and turning at the last second is the dangerous part. Jet skis depend on power from the motor to turn so if he lost power he would plow right into them. It’s not worth the risk

Refusing a breathalyzer test will automatically get you a trip to either jail or the hospital to get blood drawn... then to jail.

Sheriff deputy here. Yea you can refuse a test however all we have to do is bring you to the jail and get a blood draw. Oh yea and if your driving a vehicle and you refuse the test that’s an implied consent charge in my state so instead of getting a 150 bond you can potentially get no bond and sit in jail until court

Depends on state and county. Where im at you must have license plate with current tags and registration. California you only need a $30 OHV sticker and csn ride anywhere with that sticker.

This is exactly why I quit doing anything you can’t even go out and do anything unless you’re being watched by government agencies.

Do you think that they charge EXTRA to have your MOM & DAD in your ear & in your head, EVERY PLACE YOU GO, so nowhere is safe & everywhere is a place to DREAD???

We need to repeal the state conservation permit law requiring us have to have a conservation license in order to do any activity on state land. This includes walking a dog, riding a bike, putting a float tube in at a fishing access. This law specifically targets non hunters and fisherman. Our state with the backing of the FWP is taking away another Montana freedom for the sake of control and money.

I'm not sure how Montana works but in Virginia if you have a hunting or fishing license you are allowed to use public land for free since that is what the land was intended for. This is one place the state gets the money to maintain our public lands for us to hunt and fish on. If someone wants to walk or hike on the lands, they sell yearly passes at a cheaper rate than a hunting or fishing license.

I feel you there anytime someone finds something they want or like to do government has to stick their nose in it and make sure they make money off it if you picked up leaves that were falling on the ground government would somehow figure out a way to make you pay for them also.

They want to be safe while I watch another video of them driving with no seat belt..Maybe legal there idk? And cracked windshield. So airbags wouldnt work right... They seem that they will fine you. They dont get fined! So above the laws even on video. But your safety! Not ours! Money money money is root of all evil and will be the destruction of man kind. And both are victimless crimes so is it really a crime? Yes if someone gets money its a crime!

Statute of limitations is the time they have to charge you with a crime, if you are charged and do not appear you get a warrant and they do not expire.

Funny how, in Montana, Law Enforcement at the city, county, or state level are prohibited from setting up traffic checkpoints to verify that your driver's license is valid, or as a DUI checkpoint, or any other reason, but a Game Warden can set on up to check your hunting or fishing license, or to verify that you are acting within the bounds of their jurisdiction. These guys are the most worthless branch of the Law Enforcement family, next to DOT cops. Montana state law says that in the absence of a game warden, any sworn law enforcement officer can act in their place. I'd say that, right there, is grounds enough to get rid of them. If the county sheriff or one of his deputies can do it when the game warden isn't around, why are game wardens needed anyway? Bunch'a worthless pukes.

They have a different job. Just because other cops have the cross authority in a pinch doesn't mean they'd do the job as effectively or that they'd focus on it. Catching poachers can be tricky and requires a specialist

@@trueblue9101 Game wardens are not "specialists!" They go to the same academy as other Law Enforcement Officers in Montana. Their time is spent on more wildlife related laws, yes, but they're not "specialists" when it comes to much of anything. They're a branch of the Montana Department of Justice and the "wildlife" arm of the Highway Patrol. They're spread thin. That's why other officers can act in their place. That being said, though, why not just allow the other officers to take on that task as well? Why does government need to keep creating these additional law enforcement agencies and adding more badges and guns if the existing ones can already do the job?

You use these recreation sites that fisherman and hunters have paid for and now its time you pay your 11:43 fair share to use and maintain these sites . Buy a conservation license or stay home and play your video games .
