Well, technically he wasn't intending to settle in Northrend and to "save" his people led an expedition to the North thinking it would pacify the Scourge threat

I really dont understand why Medivh had to be so vague and almost talk in riddles about the whole thing....ye I might understand that he might have feared the reaction if he revealed truly who he was, but he really didnt do great job at convincing Terenas, Antonidias or Arthas about the future and what they should do.

"The harder you strive to slay your enemies, the faster you deliver your people right into their hands." I wonder how many people realized this truth. This is how vengeance works in real life, not only it cannot solve things but it will always lead you right into the result you're most feared.

It this case it’s kinda dumb. Lordaeron wasn’t condemned at all, it could have been saved IF ONLY Medivh had been more helpfull and less cryptic. The humans survived in the Eastern Kingdoms, and even in Lordaeron. Basically just a portion of Lordaeron fell to the Scourge. Medivh is kinda the worst even when he tries to help 😅

Also Medivh when appearing before king Terenas: acts about as convincingly as a crazed lunatic on the streets while telling an entire people to just up and move to a different continent, provides zero evidence to back up his nebulous claims and f-ks off as soon as rightfully told to do so

I like to believe that he does tell people what's coming, but it's jumbled because he's too disjointed from the world so only those who truly listen are able to understand his warnings

So Medive is stronger than demigods and most likely stronger than Archimond, he does not saw the future but could easily predict it, manipulate characters for a predictable outcomes. The funny fact is his story is almost copy-paste of Arthas, he was possessed too.

And that's why Jaina was on kalimdor?!

Yes, Jaina is on Kalimdor alongside with Orc Warchief Thrall to fight against the Burning Legion, save the entire orcish horde from Mannoroth's Curse in Draenor.

Then the battle of Mount Hjal would've occured as it would in alternate versions be it if Terenas led the people of Lordaeron to Kalimdor or with Arthas. But ultimately, I think it would've been a wiser idea for Jaina to lead humanity to the West. Jaina was reasonable, Arthas was stubborn

The thing is though that Arthas let hate and revenge cloud his judgement to not able to see that he was being manipulated and lead straight into where Kel'thuzad and Mal'Ganis wanted him to go.... The Culling of Stratholme was terrible deed from his part, but that could have still been forgiven, he could have still been saved had he not followed Mal'Ganis to Northrend.
