Maybe Arthas thought: 'There was so much blood his green wings became red' ;) Still I don't understand: Arthas is ready to kill Mal'Ganis on sight if he's still alive (he is the same Arthas) yet he is definitely brainwashed (he does not stand against Lich Kings orders). Also looks somewhat similar to Kerrigan.

+Yevhen Snizhko the lich king actually wants the dreadlords to fall, remember how Malganis was like "what does the lich king tell you" and then he told Arthas to kill him :)

i just love how the villagers alerts in terror. XD *sounds like a dummy* help! the undead has returned!*runs with my stumpy legs*

I remember feeling bad for Arthas going back to level 1 and losing the chaos attck, he should have refunded Frostmourne

Yea, they nerfed Arthas so the campaign is harder

Looking back now...when Frostmorn was destroyed, and the Helm was removed...Arthas' soul returned to him...although his acts where nothing short of inhuman, the true bottomless guilt, melancholi and despair he must have felt before dying must have been real.

Yes, he tried so hard to save his people in his reckless trek to Northrend, only to cause their destruction by his own hand, on top of destroying most of elven homeland, Dalaran and many other atrocities once he merged with the Lich King. As far as lore goes, Arthas is one of, if not the most hated person on Azeroth.

Arthas killed so much undead and got them out from Lordaeron and all these achievements and results have strangely vanished...

Such good storytelling. Righteous Arthas in the Human campaign defeats his enemies, Kel'Thuzad and Mal'Ganis the dreadlord. Fallen Arthas in the Undead campaign works under another dreadlord, whom he mistakes for Mal'Ganis, and then discovers his mission is to resurrect Kel'Thuzad. Imagine his despair. He now works to undo what little good he did.

The dead have risen again! Guards!

I'm still baffled by how Arthas was six feet under in the first place, and on a horse to.

It's more ridiculous when you hear the producers said that Arthas is still "alive" until the arrival at Lichking chamber. He was only stated "Undead" because he lost his soul to frostmorne.

@@ainguyenhoang1734 I mean everybody referred to him as "Human" those being Dreadlords and Iliidan,and he never actually died,at best Frostmourne only took his soul but that's about it.It isn't any kind of retcon or a plot hole,it's just that you are wrong.

What an incredible game. What good writing and acting. Such a shame this quality and care doesn't exist anymore.

Maybe. Arthas is hanted and became evil by lich king's whisperes. Frostmourne steals his soul, that's why Arthas seems corrupted, with white hair and some wrinkels.

How could you murder your own father??? If he abused his son, then why can't???

Why do they say stuff like ''burn in hell'' in this game? Hell is a place in christian religion, ensuing that christianity, Jesus, God and so on is a thing in warcraft universe? Confused.

The religion centered around the Light is based on Christianity,after all. It's not the same,but there are some things that have been used for the Light religion,so to speak. In this case,there IS a kind of Hell in the Warcraft universe,as it was mentioned again when Sylvanas killed herself in WoTLK but was ultimately brought back by the Val'kyr. Hope this tidbit helped explain a few things!

Arthas + finally gets a fucking horse. - His goddamn blade which he traded for his soul is goddamn useless I was always extremely annoyed by the fact that legendary frostmourne in this game didn´t give him any new meaningful powers... You know, for such famed weapon I would expect new set of abilities, if not in his paladin form then in his DK form... having just scaled back versions of paladin abilities was huge let down for me.

@@angkhoanguyen6114 he is from my country so i wrote this in language that we understand.... long story short : i answered on his comment, that he is right... mighty blade frotmourne and in RoCH or TFT is useless with hero damage and not chaos like in last map for human on RoCH... and his abilities is the same like paladins have but just with easy customize...
