She gave up 13 years of her life for Queen and country, and is still fighting for the rest of her life with ptsd and the unbearable things she has to remember forever. You did your country proud, we salute you

Women apologize too much and we have to stop doing that ladies. Replace sorry with excuse me unless you have need to say I’m sorry. Stepping on another’s foot. Excuse me but your music is really loud. Not I’m sorry.

This lady is amazing and served for her country. She has nothing to be sorry for. She sung that beautifully. Xxx
Working as an EMT and a nurse, I can't begin to feel her pain, but I've also seen things I wish I hadn't and I'll never unsee…. at least in this world. I wish her the best and I hope she can make it as a singer.
The heart she sang with was overwhelming. It's rare to get goosebumps from a singer for me but she did it.
WAR IS NOT NATURAL !! PLEASE, continue with your therapy! YOUR EYES SCREAM PAIN!! Be careful, stay strong, keep talking it out!!!!!!

Sadly war is part of humans natural balance. There’s a quote that perfectly summarizes humans. Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. Weak men create hard times.
U.S. Army Retiree here. Two tours in Iraq. First tour March 2003. She right about one thing. I have seen things that no one should never see. I have done things that no one should never do. I too was injured in Iraq and have been having trouble every since. I suffered a TBI in Iraq in 2003. PTSD is real.
