That's a big difference in everything,but it reminded me of playing Birds of prey on PS3,good times.

I do think they ported over most of the assets from Wings of Prey over into WT. Same with assets in Birds of Steel. Another WW2 combat flight sim from Gaijin. And when Gaijin did Rank IX event(2017) I think the took the models from Apache Air Assault.

It's kinda nostalgic seeing what WT used to look like, having started in 2014 and seeing where it is now, it's come a long way since the early days for sure. Do kinda miss that crack of the old MG 151s and hisparkos, the buzz saw of the old ShKAS, and that low thump of the MK108 that would make you shit yourself when you heard it behind you the FMs look like sim FMs but using keyboard input only instead of joystick, the latter being what this is meant for. Idk if it's the "sim"/"full real" controls from WT but it might be something like "realistic controls" or "simplified joystick" i do kinda wish there was a hit for air to air in WT as well though, the addition of the damage inspector for planes is nice but id like to see it in game cuz in the hanger you can only fire 1 shot at a time
