War of The Worlds is a hardcore horror survival game that throws you into the extermination of man kind. Survive a week in an open world while avoiding giant alien machines that will exterminate you on sight. Avoid demise from dehydration or starving by scavenging and looting for food, resources and other tools to aid your survival in an alien invasion apocalypse. Watch the military's measly attempts to fights back. Commandeer military vehicles to fight back. The extraterrestrials are not the only threat. Other humans may try to rob you from your resources, vehicle or your life. Multiplayer delivers a unique experience allowing you to pick a side, humans or aliens. As the aliens, your goal is to exterminate all humans, harvest their blood, and fertilize the earth with it. As team humans, your goal is to be the last man or group standing and out live the aliens long enough to fight back and find a way to bring them down. Will you survive the war?

For everyone confused on how the game works you have to survive 7 days and on the last day the aliens get sick and die simple
"Ultra Realistic" might be a bit of a stretch. Looks more like a model train layout.

Ok dude. This is all in Unity. Dont know why the thumbnail says unreal engine. The game is Realistic but not Ultra.

The game still on pre alpha. looks good but needs a lot of work. its just 1 dev working on this.

This is the kind of game that'd really benefit from path tracing. Lighting is everything in an adaptation of a Spielberg.

Not ultra yet but still looks good especially if it's a free roaming game, and a fair few months before release to polish it up
so far I've watched upto 5mins and hardly any real game play more like movie interaction and if this was real ( i know its just a game) you would not have your vehicle head lights on as the machines would see you. sorry to be a geek there. lol

Seems to be a stealth survival game when you play as a human and then a hunt and destroy everything as a alien , it may be possible for humans to fight the aliens .

@@fem298 I think it's pvp you either play as a human or alien . Haven't seen anything but cat and mouse game play .
In the movie we know how they are defeated. So in the game there is another way ?

@@Rightchickenwing Um..no, simple bacteria that was unfamiliar to their immune system is what brought them down. The carrion birds were picking on them only after they were expiring from illness and could no longer maintain their shields.
