Amazing video I really wish I can go some day being a history buff and a reenactor myself. However where I live we are only allowed to use deactivated or replica firearms and I have seen many beautiful historical and modern firearms in this video that are very real and firing blanks in a public space I am curious about this as the gun laws in the UK are quite strict.

Thank you and yes you are correct the UK has some of the stricktest gun laws in the world.The weapons are converted to fire blanks and are only issued to the re enactors for the duration of the arena batlle by profesionnal and lisenced armourer hired by the show orgeniser. All reenactors do receive a weapon safety training and the spectators are kept at a safe distance so this is all very safe and done in a similar maner as cinema films but the public is here to enjoy historical living history at the same time. The other weapons you see at the show are either replica or English de activated or airsoft ones
