    I swear you anti abortion people live in a land of fairytales. we seriously need to stop brainwashing people into thinking that abortions are such a horrible thing. and either way why the fuck do you care if a fetus is aborted or not, as if you would care about it once it's an adult.

    Why do people claim abortion is against their religious beliefs but ignore that premarital sex is against their religious beliefs as well. You don't have a problem with one but the other is so important.

    +virtuallyglorious I agree with you. But mistakes do happen. Having sex before marriage is very common, but I was just making a comparison between the two. Generally, killing a life in development is as much more important than to just fool around before marriage.

    +DaGrassBroskiis Actually it's not. A child growing up without family stability, feeling unwanted by its father, statically the odds are against this child. We ignore the problems we create within our own society. Their situation was not a mistake it was reckless behavior. Human who make such huge reckless decisions with their lives should not be expected to raise a child that will do better.

  • @johnreeves8123

    This was not a mistake. Important for people to start understanding this concept when it comes to unwanted pregnancies. They intentionally had sex, knowing full well that a child could come from it and they chose to hump anyway. The stats for single moms is not good and it's a drain on society, including financially. What's worse, is the stats for kids who grow up without a dad. It's very sad. We need to be teaching our children and raising them with this information. Education!!! It's not cool to be a teen parent or single parent. And the data is there, proving this fact.

He had no choice in the matter, he expressed that he didn't want another child AND she was 18. Who the fuck has a baby at that age. You have school a career to build, work to find. Who is going to pay for all that ? And even if he wore a condom, if it had snapped her pill should have caught that. but she stopped using it and we don't even know if she told him that she stopped using it. Men can sign over parental rights, but you should be willing to deal with the consequences of your actions. Michael Buza Lol. Look up male contraceptives. There are more worldwide than condoms - even if your country doesn't practice them (it's a common Western view that contraception is a women's issue, therefore men have no responsibility in it). In India there's a procedure where they make a hole in the scrotum, and insert a fluid which will prevent semen from going through the urethra, and lasts for years. Then when you want to reverse it, they insert salt water through the scrotum and it's back to normal. It's very cheap, very effective, and very quick procedure. There is no female contraceptive that is 100% either. Since you're so passionate about this you should probably do more research on your options.

    Pandoras Apple Then what would you want? Give them the rights to force a woman to abort? Or to force them to keep a baby? Not paying, alright I get that. But you simply can't force your will on someone else. It's their body, so you have no rights to make them do anything. I mean what if someone is raped and gets pregnant. Should the rapist have the right to force her to keep the baby? Seems really twisted and inhumane to me. Giving men those rights will probably send the prevalence of depression in women sky high.

  • @CookieDynamics

    " But you simply can't force your will on someone else." Exactly, that's the point! It takes two to tango... They both decided to have sex... and she got impregnated by him. Ok... The man does not want the baby, the woman wants.... how do we deal with that? The current system is very clear and unilateral.... the man will be FORCED to cover the costs of the baby... his WILL is irrelevant. What if the woman didn't want the baby but the man wanted? Too bad... his will is also irrelevant in this case. Nobody is talking about forcing abortion... but maybe the system should listen to the man's side as well.

  • @naerys87

    @naerys87

    Yes, I guess that is where the legal systems of your country and my country differ. Seeing how in my country, you can choose to 'claim parental rights' within like the first days after the child is born. If you choose not to, you have no rights to the child whatsoever and nothing can be asked of him. Perhaps that would be a good alternative, but I guess the US is too traditional. Besides, it seems as if I am against what you said. That is not true. I am very much against how men are left out of this and have almost no rights at all. I think men have just as much rights as women to want to keep their baby if the mother wants to have an abortion. I mean, it basically is killing his child, and I think that not being able to prevent that from happening is just terrible for them and will cause psychological damage. As for the 'I don't want kids, let her abort' - no, the US should install the same system we have and then that's fine. The problem is that there is no way the man's side can be heard without either forcing her to have an abortion or have some politically correct conversation with him that goes along the lines of "Listen, we have heard you, and we respect your wishes, but you have to accept that we can't make her do that." so it would still get men nowhere. Both men and women shouldn't get in bed with people they don't know/trust/care about. Would save us from 90% of these cases.

    Pandoras Apple actually, a man can terminate his parental rights and has no future obligation for child support. However, they must pay any child support orders that were given to him prior to him terminating his parental rights. Basically, he can't have rights to the child for 2 years then once he gets an order for child support be like "NOPE I'M OUT" but he isn't trapped into supporting a child he doesn't want from the get-go

    this "man" is insane. He wanted to have fun with the woman without using protection and now hes throwing all the blame on her for getting pregnant and using God to justify his cowardice and gross lack of responsibility by saying God provided a way out of unwanted pregnancy by inventing abortion and he can't support another child because he already got one woman pregnant. His daughter is a beautiful little girl. She's a gift from God an he ought to be ashamed of himself for throwing her away like trash just for the sake of his convenience. Even when he SEES his daughter, he is still talking about his CHOICE to destroy her life before she is even born. Shame on him, is what I say. Man up and take care of your child or stop acting like a hormone crazed teenager when it comes to sex and getting every woman you sleep with pregnant. You DO have a choice....its called birth control. And frankly, I am GLAD the mother doesn't allow this monster around Ariana. If he was saying the to me what he is saying to her, I wouldn't allow him near my daughter either. Honestly.

He says "God" gave him abortion as a way out of pregnancy (I'd like to know how since men can't get pregnant). It is scary. He is the kind of guy that would not surprise me to find out he punched his woman in the stomach to make her miscarry. The selfishness on display from him is unbelievable and anyone identifying with him or sympathizing with him should really be embarrassed and humiliated, and I would recommend such an individual work on their empathy and selfishness. I guess my solace is that birds of a feather flock together, so anyone who does sympathize with this guy will probably end up in the same company.

    I can't believe these comments, and that people are actually defending this guy. To you all saying "Oh where's his choice? Its unfair he doesnt get a choice.." blah blah blah. Guess what, he DID have a choice. His choice was to have unprotected sex, and you can't tell me at 31 he didn't know better, especially considering he already had a child. Yes, the woman was at fault too for not using her own form of protection (and the judge scolded her for that too), but she's not the one complaining and trying to weasel out of parenting. I'm not anti-abortion by any means, but abortion is not a "way out" or a form of birth control as this idiot seems to think. Oh, and if he is so dead set on not being a parent, why is he writing her off on his taxes?? He apparently wants to be a "dad" when it's convenient. Disgusting.

    blah blah blah...this has turned into a feminist society where all laws are in favor of the women...what if I wanted to be a father and she decided she wanted to kill the baby...do i have a choice? All the welfare law...women almost all the time get the custody of the baby...if a man cant pay child support, he goes to jail...and still owes the money while in jail and the money still accumulates while in jail..a women cant pay for the child, she gets help from the government...what happens is now women use these children as weapons...the only solution is to make a law where a man has a certain amount of time to give up his parental rights..maybe the 1st 2-3 months of pregnancy...anything more might give the people the option to change their minds back and forth... women should not have this much control over a mans life, it should be a 50/50 decision because both people are needed to form this life (an analogy would be martial assets...you may say the women has to carry the life etc..what if you get married to a lawyer and you're a homemaker..you are still entitled to half even though you arent actually doing the work..same concept if two people engage in sex, should be a 50/50 decision on what happens) everything cant just be the woman's decision, which is fucking common sense..if i say i dont think i am capable of raising a child, whether because i dont have a good enough job, or education to get a better one, i should also have the right to give up rights, i cant force her to kill the baby..but i cant force her to keep it even if i want it..so if i know i dont have a job or education to get a good enough job to support..you shouldnt have the right to force me..just like how i cant force you to kill it, or force you to keep it..... there are over 20 different forms of birth control for women...the patch...the shot which last 6 months...pills etc...yet every freaking time a women gets pregnant a dumb ass judge or an idiot says why did he not use a condom...so the man should get ridiculed for not using the one form (which actually reduces pleasure and is the most annoying form to use, and can break) but a women who has over 20 doesnt get as much blame..and none of hers reduces pleasure and way easier to use.....not to mention even if the women has the kid and she doesnt want to support it, she can dump it at the fire station within the first couple of weeks...yet men dont have this option..you are forcing the man to be a father...which seems so laughable in a society based on equal rights....this society has turned into a feminist society...you even have girls purposefully getting pregnant by rich athletes and businessmen so they can railroad them because the laws protect the whores.. men dont even realize that being with a women can be one of the most dangerous things ever...protect yourself fellas, especially if you have assets...these whores will get pregnant purposefully and railroad you... THE LAWS NEED TO CHANGE..ANYONE DISAGREE IS AN IDIOT..

    You actually have somewhat of a point, but you lost credibility when you said that anybody who disagrees with you is an idiot. The problem with this guy is that he's complaining that he doesn't want to be a father when he had sex knowing that there was no protection involved. And he's saying he didn't want to be a father, and yes, that's his choice, but when you have unprotected sex (and being 31, for God's sake he should know better by then!), it's really hard to sympathize.It would be a different story if he was actually railroaded like you said; i.e. the woman lied about being on birth control or the contraception failed, but that's not the case here. My other problem is that he complains about having to be a father, yet writes the child off on his taxes. So he's a "father" when it's convenient for him. You can't have it both ways.

    Alicia Engel of course anyone that doesnt agree is an idiot...everything i said was rational and actually logically..if you deny what im saying then you are ignoring common sense and feel like one gender should have superiority..once again my point is..after conception a man has no rights which is the main issue im arguing...this is situational..im not focusing on this particular case...im just showing you that a man has no rights in this society...he doesnt want the kid..yet he is forced to be the father...he cannot give up his rights...yet if a woman gets pregnant she can kill it...or have it and give it away with no responsibility...what about that sounds fair? is this equality or superiority? The issue is with laws involving gender..we are far behind..society has evolved... the laws mimic how the old days were where men are the providers and should take care of the women..but women have arrived and demanded equality...a man is no longer the support crutch of a relationship..why would you want to keep a child with a man you knew 2 weeks..when he says he doesnt want it? religion? oh so you're religious yet have unprotected sex out of wedlock within the 1st 2 weeks of meeting something...you cant use religion as a crutch..where you follow it when its convenient..like i said the laws are ridiculous...do you know if your behind 3 months on child support a man can be arrested, even if he brings food, clothes and supports other ways? when i was growing up there are multiple times we didnt have food because of no hours from jobs from my parents..if a man gets laid off...etc he still has to provide...most families go through ups and downs..sometimes the money isnt there...so if a man has a down period, he can be arrested...now if the women doesnt like the man, she can use this as a weapon...its not a fair system..once again..if you're going to tell me..that if i dont want to have a baby..but she wants it..that im forced to raise the child no matter what...and then also tell me, if i want the baby because im religious but she wants to kill it..i must accept it and live with in on my conscious? what about the mans religious beliefs? that doesnt matter? then to add, if she keeps it and wants to get rid of it she can..how in the world does this make sense...and how can anyone was says this does not be an idiot?

  • @sweetielady7710

    @sweetielady7710

    Sorry, maybe if your response wasn't three pages long I would have actually been able to understand what you were trying to say. Yes, it is unfair that men don't seem to have a choice after contraception (i.e. keeping or killing the baby), but that's just how it is biologically. Ultimately the woman is the one carrying the child and that's what it comes down to. Unfair? Maybe, yes. But that's just how it is. This is why if men don't want to be parents, then they should use a freaking condom, that way they don't have to be in the situation in the first place. It's unfair that men don't get more of a say in the matter, but if they protect themselves, then they avoid the whole situation in the first place.

    Alicia Engel how about saying "the laws are unfair and should change" instead of saying thats how it is...slavery was also legal and common...but it wasnt until people took a stand did it change...by you not acknowledging that it should change...you are an advocate for how it is..typically because you are a women..who thinks carrying the child gives you more rights...But it doesnt...you need to realize your biasness..there shouldnt be thats how it is and a man should take more responsibility...it should be the laws are unfair and should be changed.. thats really all i have to say. You are an advocate for unfair laws...because you are a woman and obviously someone doesnt want to relinquish power...so it is what it is

    @@jazminethompsonuk I'm not saying women shouldn't have a choice. Like you say, it's ultimately their body. If the man wants a child but the women doesn't, it's 100% her choice to not have it. The other way around though, the man's opinion sort of becomes irrelevant. If the women wants the baby, it's happening whether he likes it or not, and he has to pay child support (usually). In this video, the judge even shouted at him about being a despicable human being and that he should pay child support in addition to advising the Mum to make sure he never sees his kid anymore... Props to you for managing as a single parent though. I honestly don't think I would be able to cope, unless I had family/friends helping me out.

    If a man wants an abortion, i don't think it's my concern if the woman disagrees. If she does, fine, so be it. We've developed as a country. I think alot of women forget that there is also condoms for females. "Then why didn't you wear a rubber?!" Uhm, men have sex for a reason. It's pleasurable, putting something on your penis is legitimately making it 99.9% pleasurable. Taking a pill, does that seriously make it less pleasurable? You know the birth control pill for males, that's a needle to the urethral office, the tip of a circumcised penis. Also, if its uncircumcised penis you need to roll down the foreskin. This is all coming from an eleven year old by the way, i agree however, it should be the choice of the women to get an abortion. If a man wanted the abortion though, he in no way should be obligated to pay child support. I'm alot more mature then most other eleven year olds and don't laugh at stuff like, reproduction, gay rights, etc... So you can be alot more open with things like- Sex,abortions,genitalia etc.

    Davorax Pkfast I think you're quite right there is definitely a distinction to be drawn between a man agreeing to have sex and a man agreeing to support a child for > 18 years. Currently most legal systems think these are one and the same. The parents both should have an equal say in whether to hold the child (in theory) and if the woman wants to but the man does not then she needs to step up and take sole responsibility of the child. The funny thing is if the decision was the other way around i.e. the man wanted the baby and the woman did not then his opinion would most likely similarly be disregarded. It really seems like what the male wants when babies are concerned is of no concern. There's certainly some aspects of our sociality and morality/legality that aren't meshing at the moment. You do seem mature for an 11 year old. Be aware though that there are side affects to the pill and the such that may deter woman from taking them and the onus shouldn't fall entirely on the woman. As technology improves this should become less of an issue though.

    Women can abort at any time without the saying frm the man. Why can't the man do the same and abort his parental responsibilities and not have to pay labor costs or child support if he doesn't want the kid b ut the woman does? The women at that point is using her uterus to hold the man hostage and steal his money. If women are equal to men that is not an equal treatment.
