+Drunken Hobo Naw ... a con man -- at worst. And she's a fool who thinks that someone using the term "pro per" on a business card should be given a lot of money. Does she even know how to use a dictionary or, as Judge Pirro did, ask "what does this term mean"? When the guy said that the term was in Blacks law dictionary, Judge Pirro - admitting unfamiliarity with the term - asked to have her copy of Blacks brought to her. Fat gal, saying she gave this guy a bunch of cash, also didn't bother to get a receipt. The Judge didn't buy that ... and well she shouldn't. Damn few women, ESPECIALLY women at the lower end of the economic scale would turn loose of that much money to a strange without so much as a receipt. TWO scammers. At the same time, I think he thought that "certification" class he took was legitimate. Maybe he can get his money back. Probably not. Two dummies.
@OmniscientWarrior
8 жыл бұрын
bill65761 The judge was right to have Black's Law Dictionary brought out as she was unfamiliar with the word. There are thousands of words and terms in there, so forgetting one or another is possible. Think about how often people need a dictionary to learn how to use an everyday word in their own language. But the main reason why she didn't know what the term "pro per" meant was because it isn't one. It is no where to be found in Black's Law. Even when you look up the proper term, that isn't marked as an accepted shortened term; it actually has no shortened terms. And he couldn't even define the term properly when he was asked. Once he managed to spit out what he was doing, she figured out what the proper term was that he shortened instantly. The guy was trying to avoid using the correct term because he knew that his actions were illegal and immoral in the first place.

I think she said his name (Rafiq)
I looked up Rafiq's group. The Moorish Science Temple is an African-American Islam-based religious group similar to the Five-Percent Nation. Followers take new last names like Ali and Bey. Apparently there is a small number, whom the Temple disavows as fringe radicals, who attempt to file false legal documents or give legal advice without proper education. I believe their reasoning is that the Constitution was written by white colonialists, so American law doesn't apply to them and they're free to interpret it themselves. Naturally, they never make it far in a real court, and Rafiq is an example. Just listening to Rafiq's firm, condescending, matter-of-fact style of speech you can tell he thinks he's above Pirro and more knowledgable than her. I hear that manner all the time from preachers who are trying to claim some authority over experts when confronted by them. Their final defence, which luckily Rafiq didn't pull here, is usually that they're men of God and so the expert can't challenge them.

Thanks a lot, it definitely explain a lot though for some reason I feel like I've come across this scam before but can't place where I know it from... It explains why I kept feeling a sense that I had heard that speech before... & I was none to pleased to hear it again... I feel like I've encountered one of those fools in real life... Oh well, I probably blocked it out for good reason... Still you did an excellent job on this & I appreciate it... If only to prove that the ability to think rationally & present a solid presentation is not a lost art... Also, I saw the same self righteous indignation from countless religious fools (no offense, to religious people on general)... They do that to anyone that challenges them... They don't need to be an expert... Heck, I can still remember the time the pastor denounced me from the pulpit as the devil incarnate because he lost a debate with me & couldn't support his position in any way. The funnier part is, that I was not going to sit there & listen to it, so I got up & sat in the cloakroom... Some how I managed to knock myself unconscious on the coat rack & ended getting myself locked into the church... By the time I regained consciousness, it had been an hour or so & everyone was gone, it was pitch black & I had a pretty bad head injury... I am not sure what actually caused the absolute panic... I was indoctrinated all my life that one day all the believers will disappear & hell on earth will run rampant... Bare in mind, that just a short time ago the paster was calling me the antichrist, devil incarnate, etc... 1 moment everyone is there, the next every one is gone... & most importantly, I was left behind... I was like 11 or so at the time... & my family had done a bang up job convincing me I was evil & demon possessed... Why else would they have me exorcised? In that moment, I truly figured that the paster must of been right... I didn't want to go outside & face the demon hoards yet but I had serious concerns about what God would do to the antichrist sitting in his church on the day of apocalypse... In that moment my rational brain totally jumped ship... But as I kept breathing & was not struck down by lightning... It dawned on me that I was what I was & clearly this god character couldn't be that powerful if he couldn't do anything even to the antichrist in his church on the day of the apocalypse... So I figured that this church had kicked & ordered me around all the time, I was going have some fun... I swam in the baptism tank/hot tub, ate the communion, knocked down the cross, danced naked on the pews, etc... Finally, I decided it was time to go & meet my demon hoards... Imagine my surprise when I walked outside & everything was the same old not the day of the apocalypse & my demon hoards were no where to be found:) As surprised as I was then... Imagine my shock when I discovered that opening that door had tripped the security alarm & police were coming, sirens wailing & keep in mind I was still naked! I have never run so fast in my entire life... Obviously my rational brain was AWOL, so my reptilian brain took over... Despite the rather unusual manner of my eye opening revelations... That night was start of me truly giving up on thefantasy & cult, Unfortunately that also meant giving up on my family but I don't regret the choice for a minute! I definitely regret trashing the place but it was freeing! If it was not for that night & the serious thought that followed, I don't know how long I might of been stuck in that cult/delusions! I am not diminishing anyone's faith, but the cult my family belonged to was absolutely a cult & filled with cruel, abusive, delusional power mad people... It was wrong of me to trash the church, even if it belonged to a cult... As it turns out, the paster knew I was unconscious on the floor that night when he locked up the church hoping to give me a scare into submitting to his authority... As a result I was in a lot of trouble, but thank goodness they never knew the true extent of what I did that night... Ahhhh, the follies of youth!!! BTW- the secret to tripping up these guys is using their pride against them & staying calmer then them! The whole point of the confidence act is to make you feel weak & lesser so that you will react with emotion thus making it look like they are honest saints... as apposed to megalomaniac con men that hide behind religion! i think its the judge that does not get what he actualy does he never claimed to be a lawyer or anything he is som one who deals whit paperwork. i think this is just one of the many cases where court rooms and police dont actualy know the laws and loopholes. becaus there are so many loopholes in the law that you can actualy murder som one and get away whit it and then even sue the mother of the kid you killed for emotianol desstress money. how is the judge realy gona know all the laws and loopholes?

That’s almost as bad as the “you should know this” remark. Hahaha.

***** No black people are Not Arabs. The moors were Arabs from north Africa. Why would black people call themselves moor is beyond me... Maybe except from loving the idea of conquering the west, like the moors tried to do. Not to mention of course, lunatic name they chose to themselves. They seem to forget that the most extended (To this day really), black slavery in history was practiced by Muslims.

Moors are not a distinct or self-defined people,[3] and mainstream scholars observed in 1911 that "The term 'Moors' has no real ethnological value."[4] Medieval and early modern Europeans variously applied the name to Arabs, Berber North Africans and Muslim Europeans.[5] The term has also been used in Europe in a broader, somewhat derogatory sense to refer to Muslims in general,[6] especially those of Arab or Berber descent, whether living in Spain or North Africa.[7] During the colonial era, the Portuguese introduced the names "Ceylon Moors" and "Indian Moors" in Sri Lanka, and the Bengali Muslims were also called Moors.[8]
@azurequincy

Katherine Hutton The term Moors refers to the Muslim inhabitants of the Maghreb, North Africa, the Iberian Peninsula, Sicily, and Malta during the Middle Ages, who initially were Berber and Arab peoples from North Africa. Your first statement is Debuncted How ?eth·nol·o·gy eTHˈnäləjē/Submit noun the study of the characteristics of various peoples and the differences and relationships between them Because you basically said one thing but misused the word ethonology or perhaps you truly had no idea what it means. Second European? That is SLIGHTLY TRUE But where did it originate? It should be noted for the records that word used to describe the colour black in historical and classical Europe was the word Moor (also Melas). First used in Europe by the Greeks, as Mauros. Its cognates are found in every European language even if variant spellings are used. Thus you have Mohr (German), Maure, Mire, (French), Moor (English), Moros (Italian/Spanish), Mor (Old and Middle English). All those variants meant the same thing, the colour today known as black.
Is it only me who suspect the guy on red suit as a liar? Nobody knew that?

iAruban just saying it simply doesn't exist doesn't make it so or trying to ignore it. But that lady had no right saying this man is going to burn in hell no human has the right to say such a thing or make that kind of Judgement only God/Jesus does and before you say he's not real there is a lot of historical evidence of Jesus and the claims in the bible hat have been prove to be true. To say everything in the bible hasn't happened is saying Alexander the Great never happened and he is forshadowed in the bible to a tea.
I really like Judge Pirro. She is a confident Judge with backbone. That guy was ridiculously condescending to her, but she kept her cool the whole time. Unlike another TV Judge I can't remember her name, that called the defendant Honey then went into a tirade when he condescendingly asked her not to.
