I got both Nilou the R33 AND my NSX (NC1) ranked up recently. The former is an ordinary rank-up via ghost battle mode, while the latter one via 50 outrun stars an in-store battle. It's the first rank-up on NC1 since post #RoadToA9 series, and I ain't sure if I'm gonna rank-up on this car again after this, but I'm glad to using back my main car that used during WMMT5DX+ and WMMT6 days...
