@@sometwatwithtoomuchfreetim3842 It's not difficult, it's impossible, he's removed from the party when the story kills him off, you can't revive a party member killed by the story, no matter how much people tell you that there are ways around it, not even gameshark works. That goes for Eidolon Vision and Imperial Fake Vision too.

This fight was such a needless difficulty spike

Living in a turn-based universe actually explains this movie a lot

I like how Reed is technically still alive, in accordance with the original cut that had him in the stinger at the end.

Doesn't work. Tried summoning Professor X, but she auto kills summons.

This is why you need to do the Gap Junction Dimension sidequest and get the Book of Vishanti item before this bossfight. You can pretty much cheese the crap out of Wanda if you equip it to the party leader.

Anyone have any advice for this fight? My team is under leveled and even when I use Professor X I still get wiped. I’ve checked online forums and just about everything and still can’t figure it out

Take Strange and equip him with the Bone Mail it gives a massive buff on him, else use America and cast Banish on Wanda she isn't immune to that.

This fight is so tough, at least you can avoid her when she's walking around on the map.

These fools. They tried to reach the final boss, but got snared by a super boss instead. Legend has it that she has a secret second form. They say you can unlock it by defeating her and using Vision’s circuits on her body. This one has a move that breaks the damage cap.

I'm a big Final Fantasy 5 fan. So this was extremely entertaining. Fantastic editing. And good old final Fantasy 5 music.It's incredible what you can make under 2 minutes.🥰👌

Reed got Ejected by Encircle, which is way worse than KO cause it removes you from the fight entirely AND flags you as dead. Some of the later games change it so that some Eject moves flag you as dead while others say you are "hidden" and cuts back to the overworld if your other allies are KOed instead :)

Yeah, encircle was the worst thing an enemy could have because there was no recovering from it and it could happen so early in the fight, you would just reset

Just switch the jobs to monk classes with 2 having learned black / white magic casts in advance..

Should have brought Prof. X. (Prof. X gets annihilated) They were right about bringing a White Mage and Prof. X had neither the necessary job class nor skills of one.

Should have used Haste. You could get your turn faster.

Was handled better in the remake. Although the destiny ghosts was out of place for Wanda

What happened to Reed that he didn’t lose HP?

He got Ejected by Encircle. Eject removes you entirely from the fight regardless of your condition and it flags you as dead, it's such a scary status ailment, worse than KO 😂 the battle is over, but the HP gauge remains regardless Omega Superboss using it near the end of the video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/p32sy82il83eYNY.html And the whole party is terrible at JRPGs 😂

Encircle 'ejects' a party member, which removes them entirely from the fight but leaves the HP on display anyway. Eject flagged your character as dead, so you get a game over if everyone either dies or ejected

@@maxpeterson3178 games after FF5 do it. FF5-10 do it, some of the games have different variations of Eject: one that flags you as dead and one that flags you as "hidden". If you're hidden ejected, then if your other party members are KOed the battle ends in a draw and you go back to the overworld as the Ejected character. Unfortunately FF5 always flags you as dead, and Omega is notorious for using Encircle to remove your party member from existence 😬

This is a really clever take on this scene. I wouldn't be surprised if this blows up.... eh, no pun intended Black Bolt.

Eject skills are more dangerous than Instant KO skills, removes you from the fight with no way of coming back and your HP is still there, _but you aren't_

Actually in the SNES version of Final Fantasy V the spell was indeed called Mute, it was rename Silence starting with the GBA version.

That's the really early Final Fantasys for ya! They weren't called "ra, ga, ja" spells until FF8 came out and all later versions of the old ones use the modern spell/skill names!
