Egils - this is major, big-league International Waltz (Modern Waltz) stuff, so it is not for beginners!!! Great interesting variations---you can use it in any open-level Waltz dancesport heat. I already mastered the Natural Spin Turn - but making it "overturned"--to me---feels much more "waltz-y". Why? The word "waltz" comes from the German "walzen", which means "to turn."

Is the foot work for the man the same for the "Hinge Line" as with the "Hover Corte" or does the left foot is actually flat heel down for "Hinge Line"?

Magurosenbei thanks for your question. In Hinge Line Man’s left foot is doing Toe, Heel.
