Utterly fabulous……just wish I could do it,back problems and bursitis makes for no ability to dance anymore,discovered Flamenco 10 years ago,it helped satisfy my love for dance,but haven’t had a class in almost 2 years,thanx to the lockdown,anyway Ballet was and always will be my 1st love,in my head I can do it,but physically can’t 😢…..

Your Inner-Ballerina is still dancing! I hope you will find ways that you can indulge her without discomfort... I can suggest doing port de bras--this is something I do whenever I need to feel like I am dancing without physically having to do all of it. Hope this suggestions helps! 🙏🏻💓🩰
